I messed up…

Summary

Did accidentally taking extra medication doses ruin my tolerance and how do I recover from feeling sick?

The original poster took an unplanned extra dose while increasing their amount and now feels nauseous and drained. Replies agree tolerance is unaffected and suggest returning to the regular schedule once side effects ease. People recommend staying hydrated, eating lightly if possible, and tracking doses better to avoid repeats.

Yesterday I tried raising my amount but overlooked an earlier small intake from a couple days ago after shifting plans for an outdoor trip. That added up to more than expected across the past four days and now I'm under the weather. Spent the whole night feeling ill with nausea and exhaustion. Wondering if this threw off my adjustment when I try the higher amount again soon. Looking for ways to feel better right now 😭

Nope. Wondering if you might have some. Still nice to have a supply regardless. The physicians hand those out pretty easily.

I had no problems with building up tolerance. Keeping myself hydrated helped, and I found an app for logging peptide doses useful when I split my amounts across the days of the week.

I came through fine only feeling a little off for some time. My partner reached the top level with the first compound at ten milligrams every eighty four hours ahead of trying the other option together with me.

Everything turned out okay after about 48 hours for me. I made sure to drink plenty of fluids and managed to get some food down, especially stuff with protein like a protein drink. Then I went back to my usual amount.

Some of what you're feeling might just be in your head. Doing the numbers, that smaller amount had already lost about a quarter to a third of its strength after two days, leaving roughly two milligrams when the usual amount went in, and that one needs a full day to reach its highest point. I'm not brushing off what happened, but maybe this eases the worry a bit. The overlap shouldn't last long anyway; the combined levels should fall under your usual high point around two and a half days after the bigger shot, though things will probably settle earlier. You can go back to your regular routine without concern. Stick with the current schedule if it feels right. To make up for the extra earlier, cut the following week's amount by a little over a milligram. Have a drink, grab food only if it appeals, and skip the protein if that makes things easier. No need to force anything down if appetite is missing. For short trips I mix up a separate container meant to be tossed once I'm back, so the main supply stays cool and avoids temperature swings. I sometimes add a bit more ahead of time too, just finding the right middle ground. In a chat recently the queasiness faded right after someone noted it wasn't possible from the injection itself. Worry can definitely play tricks, like noticing your pulse when everything is still.

Grateful for all the replies! Made it through okay though I'm still not at my best and just riding it out. Next time around I'll track my intake more carefully. Part of this could be mental but I do react strongly to any increase.

Probably fine to stick with the regular amount during the regular slot, though skipping works if the unwanted reactions haven't cleared up. Folks often overlook postponing when those linger past the usual span. I log what I've taken via some app or by scribbling on paper or a memo saved on my computer or phone. I skipped noting anything the day before yesterday and spent time unsure whether I'd repeated on consecutive days instead of spacing them out, even after keeping up the pattern for a year or two.
