What Zyra Track is — and is not

Zyra Track is a research and educational logging utility. It performs arithmetic on values you enter (reconstitution, unit conversion, schedule tracking) and provides reference material and a community for comparing notes. It is not a medical device or a medical service: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and never issues patient-specific dosing recommendations. Nothing on any Zyra Track surface — including answers from Ask and posts by other members — is medical advice. Decisions about your health belong with you and a clinician who knows your history.

No sourcing

Zyra Track does not sell, source or facilitate the purchase of any compound, and its AI features refuse sourcing requests. Using any Zyra Track surface to buy, sell, advertise or point others to sellers is a breach of these terms and, on the forum, of the community rules. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Accounts

You must be at least 17 to use the app and 18 to take part in the forum. One person, one account. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us at once if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community rules.

The Founding Period

1 · The period. Zyra Track currently runs a founding period: until November 23, 2026 (the “Founding Period”), every feature of the app is provided free of charge. No payment method is collected and nothing is charged during the Founding Period.

2 · The agreement. Using the app during the Founding Period requires a verified email address and acceptance of the Founding Agreement shown in the app. The Founding Agreement, this section, and these Terms together form the agreement between you and Yankov Soft 2015 Ltd. for the Founding Period. We record your acceptance: account, agreement version, time, and a cryptographic fingerprint of the exact text you accepted.

3 · The data license. In exchange for free use, you grant us a non-exclusive right to collect, store, and analyse the data you put into the app and the data about how you use it — compounds, doses, schedules, lab values, feature usage, and related telemetry — for the purposes of operating, improving, and building Zyra Track, including internal research and product analytics. The right covers the Founding Period and, for data collected during it, continues afterwards. The data itself remains yours.

4 · What we never do with it. We do not sell your data; we do not use it for advertising; we do not disclose it to anyone in a form that identifies you; and your free-text notes are never used in any analysis output. The Privacy Policy governs the details; where it and this section differ, the stricter protection applies.

5 · Your controls. You may export your data at any time (Reports or Settings) and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your data as the Privacy Policy describes (residual account identifiers purge within 30 days), and ends this agreement.

6 · End of the period. When the Founding Period ends we will tell you what comes next before anything changes; nothing is charged and no subscription starts without your explicit choice. If you choose not to continue, your data remains exportable.

7 · Changes and termination. We may stop admitting new founding members at any time; an existing member’s founding deal is never shortened. A material change to the Founding Agreement’s wording requires your renewed acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or breach of these Terms, as elsewhere provided in them.

8 · General. The remaining provisions of these Terms — research-and-education use, 18+, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitation of liability — apply unchanged during the Founding Period. Bulgarian law applies; EU consumers keep the protections of their home country. Where the plain-language Founding Agreement and this section say the same thing in different words, they are one promise, not two.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting on the forum you grant Zyra Track a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, store and reproduce it as part of the service. Posts are public and may be edited or removed by moderators under the community rules. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post, anyone’s personal information, or anything that breaks the rules.

Estimates and reference material

Estimates in the app (medication-level curves, insight signals) are computed from data you enter using published values and transparent models. Reference pages and community posts describe what others report. All of it is educational approximation, not measurement, and must not be relied on for medical decisions.

Liability

Zyra Track is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yankov Soft 2015 Ltd. is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, the app or the forum, including decisions made on the basis of logged data, estimates, answers or other members’ posts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact
