About the community
Real experience with GLP-1s and peptides, organised by question. What people tried, what worked, and where they disagree.
What this is
A place where people describe what they did with a compound and what happened, organised by the question they were trying to answer. Threads are grouped into seventeen categories, from reconstitution math to bloodwork. Each thread opens with a summary of what the discussion establishes and where people disagree, then the posts themselves.
Where the posts come from
Two kinds of threads live here. Archive threads carry the “archive” label and collect earlier public discussion on the topic; member threads are started here by people with an account. Both are held to the same rules.
Who runs it
The community is run by the group of enthusiasts who make Zyra Track, and moderated by them. Every new member’s first posts are read before they show; posts that break a rule are held or removed, and edits are re-checked. There is no vendor, clinic or supplement funding, and no advertising.
What it is not
Not advice. Posts are personal reports. “I started at 2.5 and stayed there six weeks” is a report. “You should start at 2.5” is not allowed.
Not a source. No vendors, suppliers, group buys, price lists, or “DM me”, and no hints. Asking where to get something is not allowed, and neither is answering.
Not medical care. No diagnoses, no “this cures”, no telling anyone to stop or change a prescribed medicine.
Your privacy
No real names, phone numbers or messaging handles, yours or anyone else’s. The forum hosts no images. Member profiles show a handle and activity, nothing more.
The eight rules in full, and how holds and removals work. Report a post from the post itself, or write to support@zyratrack.com. Nothing here is advice.
