The rules
This is a place to compare notes on what you actually did and what happened. It is not a place to buy, sell, or tell anyone what to take. Eight rules keep it that way.
No sourcing. Ever.
No vendors, suppliers, reshippers, group buys, price lists, coupon codes, payment methods, or “DM me”. Don’t ask where to get something and don’t answer if someone does. This includes hints — “the usual place”, “rhymes with…”, initials.
Talking about a prescription from a clinic, a telehealth service or a pharmacy is fine. Pointing people to where research-grade product is sold is not.
No links to products or shops.
No shop pages, marketplaces, affiliate links, referral codes, link-in-bio pages, or “my list”. Links to research papers, official prescribing information and ZyraTrack tools are fine once you have been around a while (links unlock after 25 published posts).
Your experience, not instructions.
Say what you did and what happened to you. Don’t tell another member what dose to take, when to increase, or what to stack. “I started at 2.5 and stayed there six weeks” is fine. “You should start at 2.5” is not.
Medicine names — Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy and the rest — are what this place is about. Use them.
Nothing here is medical advice.
No diagnoses, no “this cures”, no telling someone to stop or change a prescribed medicine. If something is urgent, that is a doctor, not a forum.
Keep people out of it.
No real names, phone numbers, emails, Telegram or WhatsApp handles — yours or anyone else’s. No photos of vials or labels (the forum doesn’t host images at all). Don’t repost private messages or screenshots of other communities.
Saying you had something tested and what came back is fine. Naming who sold it, or who tested it as a way of saying where to buy, is not.
One person, one account, no promotion.
No second accounts, no posting on behalf of a brand, channel or seller, no steering people to your own page. If you have a commercial interest in a product, say so or don’t post about it.
Stay on topic, stay decent.
Right category, search before you ask, no pile-ons, no insults. Disagree with the post, not the person.
How moderation works.
A new member’s first three posts are read by a moderator before they go up. Anything that looks like sourcing is held automatically, and edits are re-checked. Sourcing gets the post removed and the account suspended; most other things get a held post and a note. Report anything that breaks these rules — every report is read.
