Sema side effects hit hard. I kept ginger beer around constantly to handle the nausea, and that was still needed after nine months on it.
Thinking about replacing the tirz portion with sema while keeping reta as the main driver. Reta has worked well so far at the current doses, and I want to dial tirz down. Because sema hits GLP-1 harder and reta hits GIP harder, it seems like I could just increase reta and add a little sema on top for extra fullness instead of keeping tirz in the mix. Any reason that would be a bad idea?
