I tore a tendon behind my knee while running. After a couple of weeks on a blend it improved. The whole course lasted about two to three weeks.
Last December I tore the biceps tendon in my left arm. Doctors gave me the option of surgery or resting the arm for at least six weeks followed by therapy, or just living with it. I skipped the operation. Even before peptides I sometimes felt pain after activity. I then tried TB-500 at a high starting dose followed by maintenance dosing along with BPC-157 for roughly two months and the arm felt fine. After stopping for about two months my dog yanked hard and now touching the tendon produces an uneasy or painful sensation. What is the best peptide approach now? Were the two months insufficient? I stayed on them until the pain and discomfort were gone and the vial was finished.
