BPC157/TB500

Summary

What results have people seen using BPC-157 and TB-500 for injuries like tendonitis, tears, or disc issues?

Users report mixed timelines but often notice major gains around week 6 with the combined stack. Protocols vary from daily site injections to blended versions, and several describe long-standing tendon problems finally resolving after years of other failed attempts. Some add KPV or collagen while others see little change in the first few weeks.

Whether observed healing comes from the peptides themselves or would have occurred naturally with time and rest

Nothing here is advice.

Hey everyone. I wanted to hear about real-world results with BPC-157 and TB-500. I have used peptides before but these two seem to produce very different outcomes depending on the person. Curious about dosages, how long people ran them, and what kind of injury they were trying to fix. Last Q3 I was finishing a PED cycle when I strained my neck doing shrugs. The issue dragged on for months until an MRI showed a mild disc tear and bulge. I cannot lift until it heals, so I am using GH along with BPC.

I hurt my shoulder in December. The first MRI showed labrum and rotator tears. I did my own physical therapy and avoided lifting for eight weeks. I ran the wolverine protocol for ninety days with only about ten days off, dosing 2 mg in the morning. Nothing much changed for the first six weeks, then improvement showed up quickly. Not sure if it was the compounds or just time, but the shoulder is now at about ninety percent and I am lifting again carefully.

If inflammation is the main issue you might want to try KPV instead of or together with the wolverine stack.

They really do take a toll mentally when you cannot touch any weights. Hoping things turn around soon and that I get the same kind of turnaround you described. Glad you are back to ninety percent.

The wolverine stack fixed serious elbow and knee tendonitis I had carried for about fifteen years despite trying everything else. I injected 250 mcg BPC six days a week at each problem site, usually drawing 750 mcg total for three locations. On Monday Wednesday and Friday I added 250 mcg TB-500 at each site the same way. Around week three or four I suddenly felt big improvement. I did two six-week rounds with a couple weeks off in between and the tendonitis is gone.

The wolverine stack helped my husband a lot. He had repeated knee and ankle flare-ups from military deployments that would leave him unable to walk for a day or two at least once a week. After starting the stack he has gone weeks without any flare-ups.

Thanks for the details. My husband is on the pre-mixed version right now and it is working. Once it runs out I switched to buying the two compounds separately so I can adjust the individual amounts.

I had a calf tear that still bothered me months later. Started the blended version and by week six the nagging pain was gone.

Thanks for laying out your protocol. I just had a disc replacement and fusion and plan to use this along with KPV during recovery.

If you follow that protocol remember to take high-quality hydrolyzed collagen peptides every day too.

Thanks for the experiences, really appreciate it. Hopefully this helps me and others later on.

I had shoulder surgery for two rotator cuff tears, a bicep tenodesis, and a labrum tear after dealing with both shoulders for two and a half years. Before the operation I ran two twelve-week cycles of BPC-157 and TB-500 at 1 mg each plus an eight-week cycle of KLOW. Everything felt better while on the compounds but regressed once I stopped. Post-surgery I am taking several things including daily KLOW, BPC, TB-500, KPV, and thymosin alpha-1 along with other compounds and collagen types.

Love how you were all business then this.

I have been pinning 0.5 mg of each Monday through Friday for a few weeks and have not noticed anything yet.

Sounds like we are in the same spot. From what I have read on here and other places the noticeable changes often start around six to eight weeks, so let us keep going.

Something like this high-quality hydrolyzed collagen product.

All three cycles I ran took six weeks before I felt any difference. Even on other compounds it was six weeks before hunger suppression showed up. Six weeks seems to be the magic number.
