Just received my Tesa kit and mixed it with BAC water, let it sit until fully dissolved, then did the first shot. Right away I felt stinging around the abdomen injection spot and saw that studies mention this as common. For anyone who has used it longer, does the reaction keep happening and what helps calm it down? I injected right before a hot shower which eased things, but looking for other options if needed.

Also noticed a small bruise afterward and wondering if that is typical too. It looks mild and not concerning.

I still get the stinging and it never went away. It just feels kind of spicy. Switching to a longer needle helps because injecting closer to the skin makes it worse.

What concentration are you using, like mg per ml, and how many IU per dose?

I wondered if concentration might be causing the burn. Right now I have 2 ml BAC in a 10 mg vial so a 1 mg dose comes out to 20 IU.

It is a spicy one and that seems normal. I ran a twelve-week cycle and always got a small histamine reaction with a welt and some itching. Everything was gone by morning because I injected right before bed.

I have been using a Tesa and Ipa blend on my research subject. Each dose is 2 mg Tesa plus roughly 545 mcg Ipa. The subject finds it spicy enough that glute injections are preferred. It stings a bit, leaves welts, and itches for a while. Reconstitution is 2 ml BAC into a 10 mg vial so 2 mg equals 36 units, usually with a half-inch pin.

Interesting, I might try glutes instead since I already pin reta in the abdomen with zero reaction. Reta feels completely smooth and I like it a lot.

I have tried abdomen too. The spice feels less noticeable in the glutes. For me, GLPS goes in the abdomen while GLOW, MOTSc and Tesa go in the glutes.

My mixing ratio is stronger, combining twenty milligrams with ten milliliters so the entire hundred-unit syringe delivers two milligrams. Even so I notice a small prick, though it causes no real discomfort, doesn't continue afterward, and creates no trace.

I might just move everything to glutes. Already do GHK-cu there with a half-inch needle and almost no reaction. My lower stomach sometimes feels over-pinned with lumps from Tesa, MOTS-c, and occasionally Tirz. It needs a break.

Same here. Tesa plus GHK peps and MOTSc all cause welts and itching on the abdomen.

I use 29 gauge half-inch needles for KLOW, MOTS-C and Tesa. Also recommended to dilute Tesa as much as possible with 3 mL for a 10 mg vial and never blend it.

I have been on tesa almost a month. It was stingy at the start but now there is no sting at all. My body adapted.
