My ADHD is severe and hurting both my work and home life with many unfinished projects and reports. I cannot keep going this way. I would like prescription medication but even with decent insurance it costs too much. Wondering if anyone has had success using Selank and Semax for ADHD.

I do not have ADHD myself but have read that Semax can improve focus for those who do. One person mentioned being able to lower their Vyvanse dose after adding it. It is meant to be cycled for no more than thirty days followed by a thirty-day break. Derivatives such as NA Semax and Adamax are also worth checking.

I have used ADD medication on and off for most of my life. Sadly Semax gave me no results even though I tried both nasal and subQ routes. Some friends notice effects though, so everyone responds differently.
I use Semax and Selank for ADHD and they help me quite a bit with less exhaustion. SubQ did not work but nasal spray does. Some also try Epitalon though it made me sleepy during the day so I may test a lower dose later.
I ordered Selank and will start soon. I am already on Vyvanse which helps focus but increases anxiety that interferes with starting tasks. Hoping Selank might ease that the way some people add anti-anxiety medication to stimulants. Cannot afford titration right now so this seems worth trying even without guarantees.
Have not tried it yet but I am on the same search. On SS31 and Mots C I have more natural energy and focus so I reach for my Adderall prescription less often. Those may also be worth looking into.
I have lived with ADHD all my life and mostly channeled it into work with decent results. After retiring I took part-time work to stay occupied and that funded a large supply of peptides. Recently started HGH which improved knee arthritis and led to a lot of posting. Working with ADHD rather than against it can be rewarding.
That is an issue I have at work too. When I know a task will be difficult I dissociate and delay it due to anxiety. Selank might actually help with that.
I've got these versions of semax selank and adamax lined up to experiment with regarding my attention deficit but first I need to complete the other peptide protocols I'm on. My buddy has tried both the under skin shot and nose spray methods and she says it really helps with her own symptoms.
Cannot disagree. I answered a text a week ago about a difficult project never done in the country before. I cannot say no so I took it on and spent the whole weekend working with serious regret. Still felt euphoria after finishing and enjoyed having no further obligations. Physical activity turned out to be good and motivates me to use a basic gym membership. Moving forward it is useful to recognize that physical activity will be needed to stay healthy.
I find myself wound a bit too tightly so I am ending the HGH experiment even though it helps my arthritis.

I went with smaller glass bottles and sterile water. Way too many though. Used one five ml bottle for each. Started this morning and we will see how this helps.
They seem okay, though the quantity released with each spray isn't mentioned. I suppose one might estimate around a tenth of a milliliter for each pump when calculating amounts, even if that's not accurate. It is likely similar anyway.
That is great. You need to think about the concentration since it is only five ml bottles. If you follow my picture it is for ten ml.
I watched this guy. Dosing guide says one spray equals two hundred micrograms low dose, two sprays four hundred mid range, three sprays six hundred maximum daily. Each properly mixed bottle provides about fifty sprays. Store in refrigerator when not in use.
I think he reconstituted with one ml BAC. I do not want any so I only used sterile saline to avoid sinus irritation. I have had sinus infections before and they are no fun.
Yes he states that each spray is ten units or zero point one ml. He used the sterile water at the one twenty minute mark.
I'm putting my materials in order these days. I want to order the separate 0.9 percent salt water vials meant for mixing. I figure the little ones stay usable longer than one big container. Has the measurement inside those nasal spray units been checked before? Or was 0.1 ml simply chosen because the amounts are similar?
Product specs list each pump as delivering 0.1 milliliters. Separate checks showed the actual amount comes out a bit smaller. The usual extra liquid in the containers makes up for the difference. I also bought a bigger saline container since it keeps without refrigeration, and I switch among NA Semax, NA Selank, and Epitalon.
I think it is different from bottle to bottle. Mine is zero point one mg per spray.
