Choosing next peptide for sleep, energy and ED issues

17 replies9 peopleJul 27, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Which peptide should I add next to address poor sleep, low energy and ED while already using tirzepatide and a few others?

The thread shows users leaning toward DSIP first because better sleep often improves daytime energy and may indirectly help other issues. Several people report immediate noticeable effects from DSIP or NAD+, yet others found DSIP disruptive or ineffective and prefer basic supplements instead. Individual responses vary widely, and most agree only one new compound should be introduced at a time to judge results. The original poster plans to test DSIP while already splitting CJC/Ipa dosing across morning and evening.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether DSIP reliably improves sleep or can even make it worse; whether NAD+ effects are due to correcting deficiency or are broadly noticeable

Which peptide or timing will actually raise deep sleep above 30 minutes and total sleep past 5 hours for this user; whether any single addition will also ease ED

Nothing here is advice.

I am currently using tirzepatide for type 2 diabetes and weight loss and things are going well since I am close to my target. My present stack includes tirzepatide, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin, MOTS-C and KLOW. New kits are arriving and I need to decide which to begin. The main issues I want to tackle are very poor sleep, ED and low energy. I am looking for guidance on which problem to address first or whether one option might help more than one area through related effects.

I would start with the DSIP because getting proper rest tends to raise energy levels throughout the day as well.

DSIP stands out since it is one of the few peptides that can produce noticeable results right away, and better sleep supports many other functions.

Thanks, that matched my own thinking but I wanted input from people who have more experience with these.

Reactions seem quite different from person to person, yet for me NAD+ stood out as the only item besides reta that produced a clear effect on the first day. I use a modest amount several times a week. Raising the amount led to strong flushing and an uncomfortable stimulated feeling that lasted days, so I returned to the lower amount and feel lucky to get a clear benefit from it.

It is interesting that the three items you listed gave me the least results. I wanted to share a contrasting outcome so you do not feel let down if DSIP does not deliver dramatic changes. The same applies to kisspeptin and NAD+. Among the peptides I tried, ipamorelin helped my sleep the most, though ordinary supplements like magnesium glycinate and melatonin have worked better overall for me.

Thanks for the note. I already use magnesium and melatonin along with ambien at times. I can fall asleep but it stays broken and I only reach about twenty-five minutes of deep sleep. My goal is to increase both total hours and deep sleep time. I hope DSIP can help with that. What dosing schedule did you follow for DSIP?

I tried an NAD+ nasal product but noticed nothing. I suspect the delivery method limited absorption and I could not confirm the actual strength or purity. I am hoping the upcoming version will give better uptake and let me control the reconstitution and dosing myself.

Sorry if this is obvious, but what does DISP stand for?

Glycine helps many people, and I also take valerian root. For DSIP I used two hundred micrograms subcutaneously each evening until last week, then stopped because it seemed to disturb sleep more than improve it.

Did your sleep change after you added CJC with ipamorelin? It improved sleep for me even though I was already sleeping well. Some users notice the opposite or find that morning injections work better than evening ones. Have you tried shifting the timing?

ClearLantern70archiveJul 27

I would begin NAD+ and DSIP together, one in the morning and the other at night, then add kisspeptin once comfortable with those two. Using NAD+ early in the day before a fasted workout helps me train, and a solid session in turn supports sleep. DSIP gives me more vivid dreams without increasing total sleep time.

DSIP stands for Deep Sleep Inducing Peptide.

I am adjusting the schedule now. Total sleep has increased but restorative deep sleep has not. I used to take it at night; starting today I split the dose with half in the morning and the rest in the evening.

Sounds good. Keep us posted on what you find.

That matches where I am now. The CJC and ipamorelin have already raised the amount of sleep I get, so the next step is better quality so the other items can work more effectively. I am hoping DSIP will improve that quality. Earlier I added several compounds close together and could not tell which ones were responsible for any changes, which is why I now want to introduce only one at a time.

ClearLantern70archiveJul 27

The general rule is to change only one variable at a time so you can identify what each item does. That means avoiding starting CJC with ipamorelin and DSIP within a short period since both are evening compounds, and likewise keeping NAD+ and MOTS-C separate because both are morning compounds. Starting CJC with ipamorelin together with MOTS-C can be fine because you judge the evening pair by sleep and the morning pair by workout performance.

How has the CJC-1295 with ipamorelin been working for you? Any side effects or clear improvements so far? Have you thought about trying DSIP for sleep, since good rest can also support libido and stamina?
