Those who stack Tirz and Reta, what doses are you at?

Summary

What doses do people report when combining tirzepatide with retatrutide, sometimes with cagrilintide?

Users describe various combinations such as 10 mg tirz every 6 days with 0.5 mg cagri, 7.5 mg tirz plus 4 mg reta, 4.5 mg tirz every 2 days with 1.4 mg reta, and 10 mg tirz weekly with 1–1.5 mg reta. Some add or drop compounds based on appetite control or upcoming medical tests that check heart rate and blood pressure. A few mention taurine or tadalafil to offset heart-rate increases from reta.

Don't forget about Cagri if you're using that one too.

Been running 10 mg tirz every six days for two months but the scale stopped moving, so I added 0.5 mg cagri every six days, staggered by three days. Tried starting reta at 1 mg every six days yet quit after the second shot because my job needs me to pass a full physical that checks blood pressure, heart rate, and ECG. I began VIP at 200 mcg daily for its blood-vessel relaxing effect instead. Once the physical is done I may restart reta or raise the tirz. I'm nearly at fifty pounds lost but not quite there yet.

Started with 2.5 mg tirz plus 4 mg reta for a month because the tirz helped with food noise. Now I've removed the tirz and am only on 2 mg reta since the noise is no longer an issue.

Taurine might help counter the faster heartbeat from reta. I use 4000 mg daily and it's inexpensive. It shows up in energy drinks for that reason. I also take 5 mg tadalafil twice a day, which was originally for blood pressure and still helps mine a bit while improving blood flow for recovery and as a heart precaution since I can't use NSAIDs for arthritis. I get it in 90-day supplies through a discount program and that could be worth looking into for pressure control.

Right now it's 7.5 mg tirz and 4 mg reta. I'll add cagri later this week once it arrives. After three weeks at the same doses the food noise is returning and fullness doesn't last as long, so rather than raise tirz I'm bringing in cagri. Also using AOD-9604 and MOTS-c, worth checking those out. I end up pinning seven times a day across AOD, IGF-1 daily, MOTS every other day, TB/BPC daily, CJC/IPA twice daily, and tirz/reta weekly. My stomach is covered in marks, swelling, and itch so I'm moving to underarms and glutes where there's still some fat under the skin.

Does it also keep you ready around the clock?

SharpHarbour48archiveMay 6

On 12 mg reta and 2 mg tirz, just bringing the tirz back in today.

CopperSignal27archiveMay 6

4.5 mg tirz every two days, 1.4 mg reta every two days, and 0.25 mg cagri every four days.

KeenAlder60archiveMay 6

5 mg and 5 mg for the time being.

I figured it was the horny goat weed. Yeah it works, but the tadalafil acts on blood pressure separately from desire, so you still need to show up with some interest.

Taking 10 mg tirz on Friday mornings and 1.5 mg reta on Monday nights. I was already on tirz when I added reta at a very low dose and titrated up slowly. The 1.5 mg wiped out my appetite so I dropped it to 1 mg this week.
