You really should get this checked by a doctor. Swelling in the feet and ankles can come from harmless things but also from serious issues, especially with diabetes. That combination raises infection risk and poor healing. Neuropathy plus circulation problems plus swelling can lead to ulcers that won't heal, sometimes resulting in long hospital stays or worse. This needs medical attention rather than just peptides. ARA 290 showed some positive trial results for neuropathy but development was dropped, so the papers are worth reviewing first.
Hoping for some input here. KPV has been amazing at reducing the swelling. Even after changing my eating habits completely for a year, the issue returned, pointing to nerve damage as the cause. Would ARA be useful? What other peptides could be options?
