how do people design and print custom labels for small peptide vials

Forum users describe using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to generate images sized for 20x40 mm labels, then importing them into apps for thermal printers such as Niimbot or Phomemo models. Many share personal designs featuring themes like soda cans, pirates, bigfoot, or retro eras, often starting from existing images or simple text layouts. Some also discuss adding colored cap stickers or experimenting with multi-color options on compatible printers.

Hi everyone who likes peptides. I got a Phomemo M220 label printer and found the browser tool that works with it. I also ordered some 20x40 mm holographic labels from overseas and want to begin making designs. Does anyone want to share their label files in JSON, PDF or PNG format? I'm new to this so any tips would be appreciated.

ChatGPT makes really nice labels. You describe the size, the information needed, and any style ideas, then it generates something. You can keep asking it to change parts until it looks right. Save the picture and drop it into whatever app you use for your printer. I also grab images I like, have the AI resize them to fit the label dimensions, and optimize for 300 dpi printing.

Thanks for the suggestion! I had completely overlooked using ChatGPT for this.

Not many label choices were available locally so I started making my own in Adobe Illustrator. I have access to a professional print setup but the files won't work with home label printers. Here are a few examples.

Those look excellent! The soda theme is great.

I might try. I created these for myself. I have a strange liking for cute pirate styles. Don't ask why, I don't understand it myself. Nothing about me or my place is particularly cute.

PatientTimber12archiveMay 22

Made this one for my girlfriend who is just getting started.

AmberLantern34archiveMay 22

The colors look great! This is what I put together using the Print Master app. Adjusting an existing image with AI turned out harder than expected.

I enjoy making peptide labels. I've created some nice ones with the Niimbot M2. The only downside with multi-color is that the RFID tags get used up three times faster.

WarmLantern16archiveMay 26

I'm a bigfoot fan so I made a themed set. I have access to a work printer so the first versions are pretty basic. The dark one is my favorite but it only had the essentials. I also made a very simple high-visibility version so I can at least tell what's in the vials.

ClearWillow31archiveMay 26

ChatGPT created this for me. I'm going to print it on my Niimbot M2 and check the result.

I never thought labeling tiny glass vials would be enjoyable. Now I've even bought colored dot stickers for the caps.

Putting labels on the tops of vials is really annoying.

QuietAnchor73archiveJun 7

I use a sharpie to write source and size on the tops so I can read them from above. A sticker would fit more information and be neater than my handwriting.

I just edit existing labels from the shared collection. I don't feel the need to build everything from nothing. I have looked through the shared group and used almost every design that was posted there.

Some can be changed but the more detailed ones are AI-generated pictures already sized for the labels.

If you go to ChatGPT and ask for a 40 mm by 20 mm black and white label, then describe the peptide, milligrams and any other details, it will make one. Save the image and add it to your label in the app. This is an example I had it make last night with a godzilla on it; the whole thing took about three minutes.

AmberAlder67archiveJun 7

Are the fancy labels just a hobby or are they for selling? I was planning to use simple name and milligram labels on my stock. Now I feel underdone.

BlueKettle13archiveJun 7

I used Gemini. I'm a simple person so I kept the labels simple. I already had a printer for shipping labels so I just bought some 20x40 stock and used that. It worked fine for me.

GreenCinder24archiveJun 7

Is there any site where I can download some? I'm using a Niimbot B1.

Same here. I just got round labels for the tops and did about twenty. It will be easy to see what's inside.

IronCinder92archiveJun 8

I found some nice ones on a marketplace from a seller and printed them on my Niimbot M2.

The best. I wish I had money for that kind of setup but I'm using mine on peptides instead.

LevelAlder29archiveJun 9

Have fun making labels, I enjoy seeing what everyone creates. These probably won't work with a Niimbot but I can't stop designing. The current series is different eras: 1890s, 50s, early 80s, 90s and 00s.

LevelAlder29archiveJun 9

I ordered from their shop and the labels came out really nice. They also make inserts that hold about sixty 3 ml vials.

I didn't know about the sixty-vial inserts. I'll look into that, thanks. Edit: ordered the sixty-vial insert.

SlowTimber22archiveJun 10

They all look good. I like to see the concentration ratio somewhere on them though. That's just my preference.

Looks like you could write it in the grey box. I think they look good too. They're fun.

SlowLedger21archiveJun 10

I got an inexpensive Niimbot D110 so my options are limited but that doesn't stop me from having some fun.

RustBeacon82archiveJun 10

I played around with AI last night and made these.

Used that idea for my cat-loving daughter's version.
