I'm interested in trying VIP and it seems a nasal spray would be preferable to subq, but I haven't made one before and can't find full instructions. I know to use an over-the-counter sterile saline spray rather than bac water for mixing and can get a measured-dose nasal bottle suited to what I need. Could anyone who's done this fill in the rest? The same VIP that comes in the usual 3 ml kits should work fine, right? I saw that GHK-Cu sometimes has separate versions for injection versus topical and want to confirm that isn't the case here. Even with sterile saline the final sterility feels less certain than injection preps. Do you just add the saline to the vial, draw the mix back out, and transfer it into the nasal bottle? Also, how long does the reconstituted solution last while being used daily? Fridge storage for a month okay, or shorter? Any tips on nasal sprays would help.

Bringing this back up because I don't want to do IM oxytocin three times daily. What liquid do people use for the spray and which bottles work best, plus how do you clean them?

It's surprising nobody has replied here yet. I'm planning to create a nasal spray for sleep using those peptides so the exact same questions apply here too. I've watched clips showing preparation either including or excluding the sterile water. A few mention nasal irritation while others seem fine with it.

Nasal spray bottles are easy to find. Use the same freeze-dried peptides but mix with sterile saline instead of BAC. Ampules of saline are also available. The mix should keep about 30 days in the fridge. Just switch to a nasal recon calculator for the right dose instead of the usual subq one.

There's an intranasal calculator available online. I use a solution already intended for nasal use, though I've only tried it with Selank so far. I wipe the nozzle after each use and store everything in the fridge. Some process videos online show the steps if you want to see it done.

I've run a couple rounds of nasal Epitalon and Semax. A few things I picked up: pick a decent bottle, though the ones I like are a bit large. Smaller 10 ml versions from another source worked well for me. Cheaper 10 ml ones I tried were poor quality and I'm testing some 5 ml ones now. For the saline I prefer the kind that comes in individual sealed vials.

The ones I use are somewhat large and need a firm press to spray, but they deliver a consistent 0.1 ml per actuation so I stick with them. I still want to check if better options exist.

I've used Semax, Selank, VIP, and PT-141 nasally. After checking various suggestions my method is: for a standard 10 mg vial I add 8 ml sterile saline plus 2 ml BAC water. That ratio doesn't bother my nose yet still gives a bit of antibacterial protection for multi-week use. Everything stays in the fridge between doses. No cloudiness or problems so far. I reuse the same style of spray bottles, rinsing them with 70 percent isopropyl once empty, letting them dry, then flushing with saline before the next mix. Nasal calculators help figure out the final concentration and how much liquid to add.

See the earlier post I made. Because this isn't going under the skin and nasal passages handle everyday bacteria fine, full sterilization like for injections isn't required. Still, keep things clean and prevent growth in the solution. After a bottle is empty and before refilling I do this: rinse with clean water and pump the sprayer many times, empty it, add isopropyl alcohol and shake while pumping again, empty and pump to clear residue, optionally let dry, then run saline through and pump to flush out the alcohol. Ready for the next batch.

Some folks use hydrogen peroxide the same way as alcohol. I finish by rinsing everything with saline before putting the bottles away for later.
