This is not yet a plateau at 2 mg. Need starting weight, current weight, height, goal weight, age, and total time on reta. From the timeline and food description it looks like weight is still coming off but water shifts are hiding it and that should settle in the next few weeks. If daily calories are the same as when loss was happening then that is almost certainly the case. Why not raise the dose?
My beginning dose was the smallest possible and I kept it up close to eight weeks while shedding pounds. Appetite eventually returned so the amount was doubled and held there for three weeks with the same outcome. Then it was increased again directly to twice as much and that's been the current level for three weeks, resulting in reduced appetite without any further loss on the scale. Exercise happens daily and protein goals are set though not always met. The daily eating pattern involves a modest morning meal, a light midday one, and scant evening intake mainly from meat or shakes.
