While using my current medications the issue appears intermittently. Exercise combined with stretching tends to calm it. I recently noticed wearing thermal bottoms the previous week caused no discomfort. Standard trousers however create problems through contact with my skin. With temperatures dropping I might keep using thermal bottoms right into the warmer months.
I've been using this med since August last year and reached maintenance around the end of May this year. My weekly total stays at eight milligrams split across two shots three and a half days apart. The amount hasn't gone up since February. The last couple of injections came from a vial I stored back in September since I hated the idea of tossing it out. Before those I relied on a different batch throughout this year and never ran into trouble. The weird skin sensitivity appeared about a week ago starting on the inner thigh then shifting to the middle of the quad and now sitting on the outer hip. It's absolutely relentless. I'm trying to figure out what's triggering it and whether anything can calm it down short of dropping the medication completely. Maybe an additive in the older vial or some vitamin shortfall after months on these drugs and if so which ones and roughly how long until it fades? This is really getting to me.
