Best fat stack

Summary

What peptide combinations work best for fat loss plus strong appetite suppression?

Users report tirzepatide provides solid appetite control but can trigger anhedonia at higher doses; reta is praised for overall fat-loss effects yet often weaker on hunger, leading some to add cagri for mechanical suppression. Combinations like reta plus cagri or tirz plus mots-c receive positive mentions, with side-effect profiles varying by individual adaptation from prior sema use. Tesofensine is noted as another option for energy and hunger control but carries dosing and interaction caveats.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether reta alone suffices for appetite control or requires cagri addition; some find tirz superior to reta on hunger while others prefer reta for fewer sides overall.

Still open

Optimal long-term dosing, cycling protocols for mots-c, and how quickly anhedonia resolves after stopping tirz or reta.

Nothing here is advice.

I'm looking for the combination that has delivered the strongest fat loss and hunger control. From what I've read, tirz with cagri looks like the top choice, or possibly reta with cagri instead. Curious what stacks others have found most effective for appetite too. I eat out of boredom and really need to break that habit. Right now I'm only on sema and it's just okay.

I'm on reta now after starting with tirz. Appetite control is excellent and no major side effects at 8 mg. Reta doesn't suppress appetite well for a lot of people though. Coming off sema, tirz might be the better next step because it handles hunger really well. It's a strong compound overall. I stopped only due to bad side effects at the higher dose, specifically anhedonia.

Results vary by person so trying it yourself is the only way to know. Tirz worked great until anhedonia hit. Now in week two on reta 4 mg plus cagri 0.25 mg, I haven't noticed much difference compared to sema or tirz yet, but side effects seem milder. That might be because my body is already used to GLP and GIP action, and effects could improve at higher doses.

Tirzepatide combined with mots c was something I enjoyed.

Sema works together with tirz and cagri for appetite control in my case. Plenty of people like reta though. Haven't tried it yet.

Yup I'm planning to inject it pretty soon plus the other item too.

I've noticed that this makes a useful inclusion. I take it in cycles twice yearly. My liver deals with fat better as a result.

So reta covers most things but cagri handles the appetite suppression, is that the idea?

SharpTimber34archiveDec 29, 2025

I used reta and cargi on their own. Carg feels more mechanical, like it just turns hunger off, though the urge to snack can still be there. Reta also cuts the snack craving. I'm starting my second round of reta and plan to add carg once the hunger control from reta begins to weaken.

Adding cagri transformed everything while using reta since hunger control stayed pretty weak.

Another compound works well for me when it comes to curbing hunger. Managing the amounts gets more complicated when combining with SSRIs. It supplies plenty of vigor as well.

Hey, how is your reta journey going? Still avoiding anhedonia? I had terrible anhedonia and had to quit tirz even at just 5 mg. Tried dropping to 2.5 mg then skipped a full week, and only after eight days off did I start feeling a bit better. Thinking about trying reta instead. Would like to know how it went for you and what dose you're using now. Did you start low and go slow?

I already replied in the anhedonia thread. On dosing, I didn't go low and slow, I jumped right in. I know it's not advised, but coming from tirz I had no sides on reta. Don't recommend others copy that. Still got anhedonia after eight weeks at 8 mg, so now I'm at 6 mg and it's fine.

I took five milligrams three days every week during eight weeks.
