At those thyroid levels, quite a few doctors might start treatment. Since your T4 is under the normal range, your T3 could be low as well. If the GLP1 is for weight loss, perhaps discuss with your physician if they'd consider addressing it.
I'm wondering what others have found with their blood tests while using GLP1RA meds. I got a bunch of panels done and everything was fine except lipase came back a bit high at 81, amylase was okay, and some thyroid stuff like TSH at 4.09, total T4 low at 4.8, free T4 normal, T3 uptake high at 38%. Seems close enough to normal, especially since my TSH is usually on the high side. The lipase worried me but I read it's not a big deal without symptoms.
