Does it seem typical to drop just around five pounds on the scale after two months at a steady 4 mg dose each week? My measurements and mirror suggest the body has shifted in shape and fat appears to be coming off, yet the numbers stay almost flat. The group advised waiting since results build slowly, though I expected clearer progress by this point. Appetite signals have vanished completely so portions are much smaller now, and hitting the daily protein target keeps feeling tough. Could eating too little actually slow the scale from moving? Has anyone gone through the same pattern? My experience stands apart from most reports because the expected benefits like quick fullness and quiet cravings show up strongly, but weight barely changes anyway. Meals stay clean overall with only one relaxed choice per week such as a few pieces of thin pizza or a sandwich. Nothing explains the stall and it would help to hear if this happens often.

Maybe so. Which amount did you use first and how did the weekly weight reduction go?

Several elements play into slower results after big drops once the system adapts. Salt can cause fluid buildup that hides real changes on the scale. I examine each possible cause on my own when progress stalls like that five-pound mark across two months. I aimed for a full thousand-calorie cut daily to cover any tracking errors and still hit at least a five-hundred deficit. Normally I step on the scale weekly yet switch to daily checks during flat periods so I can spot the overall direction. I also check whether those five pounds spread evenly or included weeks of no change or even gains that threw off the math. I recalculated my baseline burn from the new lower weight every time another twenty pounds came off. Those steps are the ones I review first.

For a year and a half now I've taken reta beginning at half a milligram before slowly raising it to six. Once I hit my target I switched to two milligrams just to hold steady. My weight dropped from eighty kilos all the way to fifty.

Wow, dropping thirty kilos across a year and a half or longer? Solid effort! It also brightens my outlook a little.

Started noticing quicker progress right after going up from 4mg to 6mg, so I hoped pushing to 8mg would bring back that faster pace. Looking back, my earlier update came across too hopeful. My weekly average drop has stayed on the slower side, and after several weeks at the higher amount it settled again around 1.4 to 1.6 lost each week, which feels acceptable. I wondered about a thyroid problem slowing things down, but tests ruled that out. More likely it's the combination of remote work with little movement and hitting 50. The scale sometimes ticks up temporarily from the Tesa/Ipa and from starting creatine recently, which can throw you off if you need the numbers to keep dropping. I'll stick with the creatine but drop the Tesa once it's gone. There's probably a point about using the lowest amount that still works, yet I'm not focusing on it because the unwanted effects at 8mg stay pretty tolerable. I wake up roughly an hour sooner and notice mild tingling for a day or two after injection day, though that showed up at 6mg as well.

Yeah that seems like a good plan. It fits well with how I've gotten used to just one injection weekly anyway.

I had a comparable situation recently with my dosing around a trip. I moved my usual 4mg shot forward before heading out, figuring there might be stronger effects at first and then less later on. That worked out for wanting to eat more with family, and surprisingly I dropped a couple pounds anyway. Picked back up after getting home. A break like that can sometimes help.

I began a few months back. I actually dose 3mg every six days, and to go up I add an extra half milligram shot two days after the main one.
