I would like to wear Liz Lisa since most of the one-piece styles come in just one size.

I dropped from some 2XL down to a large and could probably manage a medium. My old 38-inch pants now slide right off and the same happened with 34-inch ones so I picked up some 32s to test.

I was on the treadmill running when my underwear and pants fell straight to the floor. I still thought of myself as a large or XL but my lower half now needs a small.

I have this pair of really cute red jeans down in Bama that fit a couple years back. When I tried them on in the spring they gave me a terrible muffin top but I'm hoping by the Iron Bowl they'll look great again. My early progress has already boosted my confidence enough that I can wear the crimson lips tomorrow.

I'm not entirely sure but I think it has eased some inflammation problems especially around BPH. Everything just feels different now though symptoms like that build up gradually so you stop noticing the inflammation itself. With this medication I feel much better overall but I can't tell if it's the drug directly or simply the weight coming off.

Being able to get around like anyone else. I spent a few weeks in Canada seeing family. My older aunt had just left the hospital after a procedure that went okay and she's in decent spirits but she still needed help. Being able to handle the grocery store the pharmacy and the medical supply place without my knees complaining felt huge. Using the streetcars and having some time alone mattered too. This is more than just the weight loss it includes the anti-inflammatory effect from the medication. I'm still carrying extra and have further to go but moving freely supports the whole process. If she had seen me hurting it would have worried her so I'm glad she didn't have that distraction.

After three weeks on the 2.5 mg dose I finally managed to buckle my old powerlifting belt using the very first hole. Five more holes left to reach.

I visited the doctor today about some back trouble that she actually fixed. She was the one who started me on this medication because my earlier labs and blood pressure were off and carrying extra weight at my age wasn't helping. Today we went over the old issues and everything now reads in the excellent range. Then she looked me over and asked in a serious tone whether I planned to keep losing more weight. That felt like a win even if it was scale-related.

Small areas of darker thicker skin near my elbows that often come with extra weight and insulin resistance have cleared up. I didn't even notice when it happened and it's only been about five months.

Look at you go. Really happy for you. Great to hear the numbers are all excellent now.

The psoriasis cleared up. I'm now in size M and wearing nicer clothes. Getting compliments and smiles from strangers. No longer worried about a middle seat on a flight. Can hike steep trails with a loaded pack and my knees stay fine so the poles got left behind. One downside is I can't float in the warm ocean anymore but I can live with that.

Mine is straightforward just feeling good overall. I know that's pretty general but that's the goal. I already feel happy so if dropping some weight and staying active helps me feel good about myself that's plenty.

Being able to get out of bed early in the morning and pull my socks on in the dark without leaning or holding onto anything. Just standing there like a stork doing it on my own. Who would have guessed that would feel like a win.

I began the medication not mainly for the extra weight though that was there but to see if it would ease IBS-D. It did help that and then unexpectedly the swelling in my feet and ankles went away too. It also improved my asthma and peripheral neuropathy. Now down 86 pounds I'm moving into maintenance. Surprising things can happen.

They tend to disappear right away.

Back to feeling healthy. These meds have been part of my routine for years. Shed 100 pounds and holding steady. No more stressing over the scale, but picking out clothes is enjoyable. Staying active with Pilates three times a week. Working on muscle strength now to get set for knee surgery next spring. Expecting an easier recovery going in because my fitness is at its peak.

It's lucky that there's extra there! I'd be thrilled if I dropped below a D 😁
