My GP was the one who first connected me with compound options back when it was still allowed, so it's hard to guess how he'd react now. I also only see a doctor when something's wrong or I'm injured, not for regular checkups even though I should. In the end I won't say anything unless a procedure comes up, there's an emergency, or I have side effects. Everyone's situation is different. It probably depends on what other health issues you have.

In an emergency I hope you can let them know about your GLP use or that someone else is there who can.

My doctors? No. My pharmacist? Yes, but that's mostly because he comes to the house to give vitamin D shots.

I've got a DOT physical appointment coming up. I'm trying to decide whether to say I bought a book on self-hypnosis or that I started intermittent fasting. Any thoughts?

Yep. Just say you're doing this now. You two already talked about it and they were against it, but you went ahead because it helped.
