Ever since my weight loss procedure those shakes trigger actual nausea just from the sight of them. I enjoyed the flavor before but the forced liquid phase using only that stuff for days around the operation ruined it completely. These days I mix up my version with milk whey isolate and a chocolate breakfast powder instead. It may not be quite as healthy overall yet it still lets me hit my protein target.

Could you send me the steps for your homemade version through a private note? It looks like something I want to experiment with myself. Or drop the details right in this spot if that feels okay to you.
That's incredibly inspiring! Experiences like this stand out as uncommon even among GLP users, total admiration!

It's really straightforward. I pour an eight-ounce cup of milk, add thirty grams of plain whey protein powder, include anywhere from half to an entire packet of that chocolate morning mix, and stir everything together. It tastes fine to me, and on days when I'm not hungry this still gives me solid protein along with some energy. When combined this way it totals forty-three grams of protein.
Well done! Your appearance is fantastic! Also really enjoy the horse therapy too π π
That's awesome! Really motivational to read. Glad you put this here.
