I'm wondering how folks draw the line between being into fitness and not. What actually shows up in their day-to-day actions? My guess is the first group puts more effort into tracking intake, holding to strict eating rules, and hitting the gym often. It ends up filling their free time and focus the way any favorite hobby does. The second group tends to have other things they care about and puts less into balancing what comes in and goes out. Does that track, or am I overlooking something?
From watching people I've guided on the basics, those without fitness habits seem to lose resolve quicker on small amounts and ask for higher doses. Daily treats come naturally to them. One person binged the day before the next shot because sudden hunger hit and they made no attempt to manage it, even after a month on the medication. Fitness-oriented users, by contrast, keep their macros in check with tiny doses and understand the drug is only a helper while they still control what goes in their mouth. This suggests physical adaptation can be slowed at least somewhat.
