Summary

What experiences have people had using Sermorelin for IGF-1, sleep, and side effects?

Users report Sermorelin raised IGF-1 levels after eight weeks and helped preserve muscle during a diet, though results were hard to quantify precisely. Several noted improved sleep quality, faster sleep onset, and more vivid dreaming, with one also adding epithalon and adjusting doses to manage side effects like elevated heart rate, water retention, and joint stiffness. One user found benefits faded when switching from nighttime fasted use to morning dosing. Plans mentioned include indefinite Sermorelin use with periodic epithalon cycles.

Anyone here using Sermorelin who can tell about their results?

SteadySignal48archiveOct 11

Just wrapped up eight weeks on Sermorelin at five hundred micrograms daily. My IGF-1 went up from one twenty eight to one eighty three nanograms per milliliter. Used it during my Reta diet to try and keep muscle, and while it's tough to measure precisely, I think it worked some.

Appreciate it! Did it improve your sleep at all?

Began using sermorelin a month ago specifically to improve sleep. Also added epithalon, check my other post about it. My resting heart rate went up, yet sleep quality is great now. Cut the epi amount in half and the heart rate came back down. Sermorelin causes me some fluid retention and joint stiffness, so I halved that dose this week too, which is helping those issues and lowering heart rate further. Sleep remains outstanding. I'll stop the epi after finishing the first vial but continue sermorelin long term. Planning another epi round in a few months.

Sleep was okay for me beforehand, aside from needing to get up to use the bathroom at my age. But it sure made my dreams more vivid, and I enjoyed that.

Serm made it easier for me to fall asleep and get deeper rest. Same thing happened with tesa and cjc/ipa. Since I stopped going to bed on an empty stomach, they don't aid sleep anymore. Now I take them in the morning instead, but the effect isn't nearly as strong then.
