Shift worker

Summary

Should a shift worker pin CJC no DAC + ipamorelin at 2am after overtime or switch to morning dosing?

The thread concludes that the evening dose remains effective even at 2am provided the user is fasted for several hours beforehand. Most participants favor nighttime use because growth-hormone pulses align with sleep, though morning fasted cardio is noted as a secondary option. Shift workers report simply pinning whenever they actually reach bed and maintaining consistency once a workable schedule is found.

I'm thinking about adding cjc without dac and ipamorelin to what I'm already using. From what I hear, most folks inject this combo right before sleeping. My normal bedtime is around eleven, but overtime shifts mean I might not get home until two or later. Should I still do the shot then, skip it, or switch to morning instead?

Some useful conversations about CJC+ipa are active here lately. My shipment of it is arriving soon, so I've been checking those posts out on my own. Maybe look around for them.

This combo stimulates the gland in the brain to put out bigger amounts of the body's own growth hormone. Most of that hormone comes out while resting overnight so taking the dose right before lying down works best even when that happens late. Just keep the final meal three or four hours earlier because digestion seems to blunt the effect. Morning use is possible too when nothing has been eaten yet and some light movement happens first yet most folks stick with the evening slot. The same gland puts out extra growth hormone during steady movement or short hard efforts like running intervals. A warm flush across the cheeks shows up about ten minutes later and confirms the dose landed. Typical amounts sit around two hundred to two hundred fifty micrograms. Past use brought decent results but at my age the gland barely puts out anything so straight growth hormone worked far better since testing showed adult deficiency. My kid has started on the combo lately and finds it different from other peptides. Pairing it with the sleep peptide can improve how restful the night feels without adding extra hours and that one ranks among my top choices.

I've been pulling overnight shifts for more than thirty years. Age is catching up on me quickly. You grab whatever rest you can get. It took nearly the whole year before my rest settled into any pattern, yet even longer stretches still leave me drained. I keep using whatever routine holds up until it quits working. Roughly four weeks back I began a nasal version that made a noticeable change, and before long I plan to try a second one to check whether it does anything.

I dose those on an empty stomach right before turning in for the night. The specific hour makes no difference at all. Managing three or four hours of rest without eating while on them works out well for me.

I tried those two together before and found injecting right at bedtime works better than locking into any preset hour. Evening use lines up with the rest period so even a late slot after extra shifts stays workable as long as the stomach stays empty long enough ahead of time. If food has already gone down or that gap looks impossible then shifting to morning becomes the fallback.

Appreciate that. Normally I manage four or five hours of rest each night, including overtime shifts.
