No one around me knows I'm using it and I'm not making a fuss. I don't have much weight to drop and started this for body recomp. If someone close compliments how I look and asks how I got there I'd probably mention the shots. I don't want to lie and claim it was just diet and exercise because I needed the extra help to reach this point.

My partner used to be against gray market stuff until she saw my results and now has her own setup. I also mentioned it at work and others admitted they use various peptides too.
On the topic of friendships ending because someone's life changes, I found this article that focuses on women but probably applies more broadly. It talks about how a friendship that felt comfortable suddenly starts feeling like a performance at a certain point.

My doctor would probably have a heart attack on the spot if I brought up gray market stuff.
With this medication I'm pretty open to talking about it with almost anyone I know. The other peptides I mostly keep to myself, my sister, and one coworker who's also into them. My spouse probably didn't even notice. You'd think there would be questions about all the little bruises on my backside from the shots.
I usually mention it when the topic comes up. If sharing my experience helps someone else that's good. I was part of the study back in 2020 and that's how I began. People often ask if you have to stay on it forever. I don't feel like I'm being judged. I tell them I'm built differently and it's nice to feel normal.
