Starting Epithalon after ten days on GHK-cu and KPV

Summary

User experiences dosing Epithalon for sleep and mood, nasal spray vs injection methods

Several users report noticeable sleep gains and calmer mood after Epithalon cycles of 10-20 days at 1-2 mg, especially when switched to nasal sprays. One person tripled deep sleep time after correcting from an overly high initial dose and adding DSIP/Selank/Semax sprays. Others note vivid dreams at 2 mg, background calming effects, and the value of filtering solutions for nasal use. Most prefer sprays over shots for convenience and plan to repeat cycles.

It's been ten days on the GHK-cu and KPV now, heading into day eleven tonight. Can't wait to start epitalon. Would love to hear how others dose it and for how long. My sleep has been terrible since menopause, so hoping this helps.

I tried Epithalon together with DSIP and Selank/Semax. Started on the wrong high-dose injection schedule and felt pretty rough until I fixed the error from a mismatched Russian protocol. Dropped to 1 mg and moved everything to nasal sprays instead. Sleep improved a lot after that, deep sleep tripled and staying asleep got much better. Finished the Epithalon and nearly done with the rest. Huge success overall and nice to skip nightly shots.

WOW that deep sleep looks great. I barely get an hour most nights. So you switched it to nasal spray? Can you share how you mixed it? Not looking forward to more shots.

Did a 20-day Epitalon cycle first, then 20 days of Semax, then 20 days of NA Selank, all intranasal. Slept nine hours after bumping Reta to 10 mg on Friday, something that never happened before. Respond really well to these peptides and plan to keep rotating them. If I start posting in Russian it won't be my fault.

No problem. When I get back to my computer I'll send the mixing details. Yes all four as nasal sprays. Easy peasy.

Tried Epitalon for about 20 days a month ago just to test it and already ordered another kit for the freezer. Mainly wanted telomere and telomerase benefits but noticed a clear shift in demeanor that my wife even commented on. Felt much calmer and less reactive overall, a genuine inner calm without anything forced.

Also very interested in how you made the nasal spray.

Epitalon, Epithalon, same peptide different spelling. First night vivid dreams where I was the only one on the Titanic who knew we were sinking. Second night an unexpected physical reaction like my body decided to star in its own ad. Telomeres might be lengthening but something else woke up fast. Anyone else get the sinking-ship dream or the random side effect on night one?

For Epithalon I wanted 1 mg so mixed 5 ml sterile water with 50 mg and used a sterile nasal sprayer. Each 0.1 ml pump gives the 1 mg dose. For DSIP I wanted 150 mcg or 300 mcg so mixed 5 mg with 3.33 ml water, one spray 150 mcg two sprays 300 mcg. For Selank and Semax I wanted 250 mcg or 500 mcg so mixed 10 mg each with 4 ml water, each spray 250 mcg.

That sleep graph looks amazing, exactly what I want mine to show. Are you using anything else besides the peptides like magnesium, theanine or melatonin, or is this just from the stack?

Only using this combination now. Progesterone is still part of my routine as usual. The results have been fantastic. Previously I got around forty-five minutes of deep rest each night. Here's a screenshot from before that shows how it used to be.

Work in the sleep apnea field and track with Apple Watch and Oura ring most mornings. Saw a big difference after Epithalon. Have Semax to revisit later after some anxiety that might not have been related, currently using Selank. Epithalon alone was enough to plan another round in six months.

I was wondering about the amount you took each day, was it one milligram across those twenty days? If I ever experiment with this myself, I'd really like to have that huge dream experience!

SlowBramble78archiveFeb 12

Started at 1 mg for about a week to test, then went to 2 mg and the vivid dreams started that same night. Woke up shocked at how intense they were. Dreams only lasted two nights but left a strong impression. Let me know how it goes for you.

Did everyone use nasal spray or injections? I've been putting it off while deciding.

I'm doing nasal using established protocols.

Nasal route gives direct brain access via olfactory and trigeminal paths, bypassing much of the blood-brain barrier, with roughly 30-40 percent bioavailability and quick onset. Injections give near 100 percent systemic availability and broader distribution before reaching the brain. Found that info online for you.

Just realized my light dizziness is from an early sinus infection, something I haven't had in years. Probably because I didn't filter the Epitalon or Semax before nasal use, though I did filter the Selank. Another vote for filtering especially with nasal sprays since you're putting it straight into your sinuses.

I even boiled my glass bottles in addition to filtering. Good luck.

GreyCompass75archiveFeb 12

Been running 500 mcg Epitalon and believe it helped sleep and mood a little. Thinking about going to 1 mg and adding ten extra days once this bottle is done.

I wash them in alcohol but that's what happens when you're in a big hurry.

Do you think 90 percent iso spray will work instead of boiling? Planning to start some Epitalon next week.

CopperAlder51archiveFeb 13
↳ replying to @BlueTimber78

Spray inside and out, dry, then rinse with sterile saline. The bigger issue was not filtering the peptide first because my filters were delayed. Running Epitalon then Semax then Selank back to back probably contributed, though everyday air exposure is similar. Sinus defenses are pretty strong unless overdone.

My first Epithalon run used that high-dose Russian protocol. Body handled it fine and after the first night's odd James Bond dream I slept like a baby. Epithalon feels like one of those background peptides with few dramatic effects but useful downstream benefits.

Gave me an excuse to reconstitute a couple TA-1 vials to help with the infection. Filtered of course. Research continues.

What app or method do you use to track this? Need to figure it out. My sleep feels so light I'm aware of the light stages while it's happening.

Felt pretty terrible on the big dose. My smart watch with the fit app.
