Has anyone else started dropping weight loss podcasts, emails, communities and newsletters? Out of nowhere I no longer want to stay in those groups focused on the daily grind. I never expected to feel this way. I belong to one paid online program and just turned off the renewal. Now some money is freed up. Any thoughts on how to use it?

You also see those body acceptance circles claiming the medical risks tied to extra weight get exaggerated.

Totally get what you mean there. Change photos still catch my eye, though the tough journey details no longer grab me the way they used to. Might come across as harsh, but negative energy just isn't appealing right now. Those flat periods stay annoying, yet they always seem to pass in time. Even if progress halts completely, which would be a real letdown, thirty one pounds came off with zero hassle on my end. Good going with the cash you set aside. Looks like the moment has arrived to browse those discussion spots or shared deals. Wow, plenty of appealing items are possible that way.

Sure thing! Back then I'd follow exercise videos from popular trainers but quit right when the scale began to move downward. Plus I quit focusing on nutritious meals haha. It's really tough on the mind to deal with plateaus during slimming down.

He's fantastic in my book. I'm keeping things totally positive.

I bookmarked quite a few clips from that site covering a technique for reducing body mass. I removed the bookmarks recently. Yet the physical copies pose a different challenge. Coming from the previous century, my collection still includes texts from an eating disorder fellowship plus decade-old guides from a weight management series and several other slimming manuals. Clicking to erase is way simpler than getting rid of actual volumes.

That remark from groups celebrating bigger bodies and minimizing the downsides of extra weight had me chuckling while picturing a certain animated satire. Affluent folks land prescriptions to drop pounds while everyone else hears messages about embracing their shape.
