Pygmy rattlesnakes are something else you overlooked. My surroundings have plenty of them.

Back when I began watching my food intake I monitored every single thing with great care. That approach worked out and I shed a hundred pounds. These days I only roughly monitor protein while eating extra carbohydrates during intense training sessions. Plus I'm using gear and peps at the moment. So…

Keeping tabs on calories drives me nuts so I skip it completely. Instead I pay close attention to meals while making protein the main focus. Weekdays I quit eating after five and handle my usual dose near nine at night then end the fast around four thirty in the morning with a shake loaded with protein right after lifting. This schedule suits my routine perfectly. My spouse enjoys logging everything and it suits her just fine.

I'm really disciplined about when I do my injections though I skip tracking calories or similar details. Meat is my go-to since protein appeals to me a lot and I add potatoes plus the occasional cake if I'm craving it.

My fitness routine has turned into a total fixation where I train six days weekly and only allow recovery following nights out drinking with pals. Nutritious foods form the base of what I consume yet I still enjoy several beers with whiskey and a big seafood platter during those Friday meetups. That compound completely altered how my body processes calories so body fat fell from twenty four percent down to thirteen while I eat freely and hold steady weight. The number on my scale now guides my food decisions meaning when it drops I add extra wholesome items or go for an unrestricted day but when it rises I pick better choices.

Yeah at first that checks out but once muscle develops the metabolism really ramps up so calories burn off faster even during downtime.

Wow, folks there must cope with alligators along with roaches that fly and those gross love bugs on top of it. 😱

Swamp puppies aren't so bad. They're good eating and they make real pretty pair of boots.

I've always felt exactly like this describes. Dieting has taken up most of my existence along with various eating disorders at different times. These treatments let me handle portions reasonably without obsessing constantly, and that feels freeing. This is the first stretch without any disorder since I hit my teens. The idea that a tough workout session gets wiped out by a pair of candy bars checks out. Yet in earlier efforts to drop weight, moving my body helped me tune into how it felt. Sensing new strength building and noticing I could handle more activity acted as a steady signal that I was putting in real work, which pushed me to select meals more carefully and supported my overall results.

The larger specimens have nice flavor. Being used to them from childhood, I don't mind. Pals of mine out in the interior areas hook me up with tail meat from gators. The ribs work fine as well, except they come smaller from the ones with better taste. Really ancient big ones get stringy.

Those insects went nuts in my area last season, the worst I've run into. They came after me by the thousands while I used a pressure washer outside. Alligator that's fried up tastes fine and turns up locally too, yet crawfish end up being favored more.

Definitely. A pal of mine comes from Cajun roots and stays near New Orleans. I headed out there alongside him once. The meals he puts together blow me away. Those seafood boils loaded with corn, potatoes and extras turn out fantastic.

I keep close tabs on my food amounts since dealing with this frustrating issue of struggling to consume sufficient calories has really thrown me off. That's why I check the portions of every single thing I eat so I can reach the energy and protein goals I've set.
