My goal was always to avoid the area with larger clothing options. What I hoped for was heading into any shop and choosing everyday sizes that felt fine on my body.

It's inspiring to see that kind of drive and understanding. My father developed diabetes through his own choices but managed to fix it by changing what he ate. I was also moving toward that same issue and have some resistance to insulin myself. Hope everything works out well for you.

Diagnosis came to me a long while back following blood tests that pointed to higher ALT. Back then the ultrasound operator didn't seem concerned, noting it looked average compared to his other patients. Now I question whether dismissing it like that was wise. Another scan would interest me later once further into this. Nice to know you're on a good path.
