When mixing a 3 ml vial that holds 60 mg of the medication, is using 3 ml of bacteriostatic water the way to go? That would give 20 mg per ml. Some places go to 22 mg per ml, so a little stronger works, but why do others stop at only 15? How high can the concentration safely go?

Thanks for the detailed reply. Right now I split 8 mg twice a week. I've lost 60 pounds so far and still have a long way to go. I prefer the stronger mix because it means fewer units to inject compared with a weaker one. I'd like to try even higher, maybe 25 mg per ml or more if possible.
