For me the quality of sleep matters more than the hours. Only in the last little while have I managed to get better rest.

I have noticed a slight drop in effectiveness after about 45 days. I am staying with the 20 mg size.

It's been roughly three weeks since I began. At first the burning sensation was quite noticeable, but it's gotten much weaker over time.
