I think part of it is mental readiness. Some people are not in the right headspace yet to make the changes stick.

I've combined both without any issues. The sema helps smooth out those hunger surges that can pop up between doses.

I'd suggest starting around 3-5 mg though Reta isn't the same as tirz.

I'm using the same source with no problems.

Say no more, use the max dose in three days.
