I never had much of a sweet tooth before, but after a year on Tirz I sometimes buy twin snakes even though my total calories are way lower.

I combined retatrutide with tesamorelin/ipamorelin, and this happened.

Just keep them out of the same syringe and avoid injecting into the exact same spot and you should be fine.
