Who makes this
Zyra Track is made by a small group of enthusiasts — people who track compounds themselves and got tired of doing the arithmetic on paper and hunting for what is actually known. We are engineers and long-time readers of the research, not clinicians, and we say so on every page. There is no pharmaceutical, clinic, vendor or supplement money behind the site. We make money one way: the Zyra Track app's paid tier.
What it is for
People who track a compound want three things: the arithmetic right (mg in the vial, water added, units on the syringe), a record of what they took and when, and an honest picture of what is and is not known about the compound. Zyra Track is those three things. It is not a place to obtain compounds, and it is not a substitute for a clinician.
How we work
- Every number is derived, not asserted. The calculator shows its formula. Half-life pages cite the source of the half-life. The monographs separate human evidence from animal and cell studies, and say so when there is no human trial.
- Our own dataset, described openly. The "N people report X" figures on the site come from a public community corpus we index and classify. The method, the filters and the caveats are on the methodology page.
- Presentation, never interpretation. The app shows your lab result against the range your lab printed. It never tells you a value is normal or abnormal.
- Corrections are public. When we get something wrong we correct the page and say what changed — the BPC-157 File carries its correction of 14 August 2026 in the open.
- Nobody here is a doctor. The people behind the site read and index the research; we do not practise medicine, and the pages are written to be checked, not obeyed.
What we never do
- Sell, source, recommend or link to anyone who sells a compound. Sourcing questions are refused everywhere on the site and in the community.
- Give a dose. Pages describe what has been studied and what people report; they do not tell you what to take.
- Diagnose, or tell you to stop or change a prescribed medicine.
- Run ads or accept sponsorship from anyone who sells what we write about.
The community
The ZyraTrack Community is where people describe what they did and what happened. It has eight rules and is moderated by the same group. Posts there are personal reports, not advice, and the same sourcing ban applies.
