My filter was probably defective or attached improperly so fluid leaked around the edge. I skipped swapping it out immediately because the amount seemed tiny and unimportant. Given how concentrated the solution was those minor leaks accumulated fast and I ended up losing roughly thirty four milligrams of the medication straight onto my steel tray for no reason.
