Making your own Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend, and the science behind it.

Summary

How to combine Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin in one vial for specific per-dose amounts while ensuring uniform mixing and addressing storage questions

The discussion walks through step-by-step reconstitution math to achieve either 1 mg or 2 mg Tesamorelin plus 200 mcg Ipamorelin per 0.4 ml draw from a single vial. It explains that both peptides form true solutions that mix completely via diffusion in bacteriostatic water. Later replies raise storage concerns about refrigeration and sterility for the blended product, with one participant dismissing non-refrigeration advice as bro science and stressing sterility differences from the prescription version.

You can add Ipamorelin straight into a Tesamorelin vial to hit the target amounts with fewer injections. Both compounds are acetate salts that dissolve completely in bacteriostatic water, creating a uniform molecular solution instead of anything that settles. Constant random movement of molecules at room temperature spreads them evenly throughout the liquid until the concentration is the same everywhere, following basic diffusion principles. In a typical small vial this happens fast.

To reach 2 mg Tesamorelin plus 200 mcg Ipamorelin per dose, first mix the Ipamorelin at 5 mg per ml. The final blended vial needs to be 5 mg per ml Tesamorelin and 0.5 mg per ml Ipamorelin. With 10 mg of Tesamorelin that requires a total volume of 2 ml, so 1 mg of Ipamorelin must be added. That means transferring 0.2 ml of the Ipamorelin solution and reconstituting the Tesamorelin with 1.8 ml of bacteriostatic water instead.

This seems really effective. But the impact appears to shift depending on someone's years when taking Ipa. Have you thought about raising the amount above 200 mcg for those who are older?

People keep mentioning room temp storage for this item lately and finishing the prepared mix fast, which leaves me wondering how to keep the two together. Any ideas?

We've covered that bogus idea before. The prescription type is put together differently. Worrying about keeping it sterile makes sense once it's mixed up since the powder has nothing added to protect it.
