When I get down to the last pull I back the needle out almost to the stopper so it is barely inside the vial, then flip the vial upside down. That usually lets me get nearly everything, maybe leaving just a single drop at most.
Just finished a vial today that had exactly 0.1 ml left inside. The syringe only managed to pull 0.08 ml even after trying. I figured some had been lost on earlier draws but could still see a couple of drops sitting at the bottom that the needle could not reach. Anyone got a good trick for getting those final bits out of an almost empty vial?
