I was reading about peptides and saw a chart about which ones shouldn't be mixed. I'm not sure how they are using the word mixing. Does it mean keeping several reconstituted ones in one vial, like some of the blends people use? Or does it mean using them together in a stack but injecting each one on its own? Or drawing them separately but into the same syringe? I've been trying to cut down on injections so sometimes I pull three or four different ones into a single syringe. The chart warned against mixing any GLP-1 with anything else, so I'm wondering if I should always do that one by itself.

It means putting them in the same syringe. Everything you listed is fine together except the tirzepatide, which should stay separate.

I've been doing it that way for weeks without realizing. How much of a problem do you think it causes if they only sit together in the syringe for about a minute?

I don't know the answer. As a nurse I always check compatibility before combining anything, so I haven't tried it myself. I've seen mentions that it can damage the peptides and make them less effective, but I never looked into the details because it hasn't been an issue for me. One thing is clear though: once they are mixed it doesn't matter if it's for a minute or longer.

From my checks it looks like these proteins fall apart pretty easily once conditions shift. They need exact acidity levels and particular liquid mixes to hold their form. Combining them alters that setup so one or both lose their proper shape and stop working as well or at all. The GLP-1 types are built with very tight structures so they react badly to any change.

Hardly any studies cover putting several of these together in one shot. They might stick to each other and get absorbed less or one could speed up the breakdown of the other. Clumps can form too and that leads to uneven amounts being delivered. None of this can be guessed ahead of time even when each one behaves fine on its own.

Every type moves into the body at its own pace and lasts a different amount of time. The GLP-1 versions are meant for gradual steady uptake. Putting others with them can speed that up or slow it down without warning and change how much actually reaches the blood. That often brings on stronger unwanted reactions like feeling sick or low blood sugar.

Pulling from more than one source and going back into containers several times raises the chance of germs getting in or the material breaking down from rough handling.

Even careful measuring does not guarantee the right amount of each one ends up in the shot because things can settle or mix unevenly.

Overall I would not combine GLP-1 types with others in the same injection since their form is not assured to stay intact the results cannot be foreseen and there is basically no safety information on it.

It's fine to mix peptides together in a syringe at the time of injection, except for the GLP-1s. My doctor is fine with reducing the number of injections and I mix quite a few of mine and keep them in syringes for a few weeks. That's just my own comfort level after doing this for a while.

I've used that chart a lot too and I've been checking things against the other source. Nothing unexpected so far. I'm thinking about switching to a pen but I don't mind the shots and saving time is the main reason I wanted fewer pins. Once my doctor said mixing was okay it made things simpler.

In my opinion, if someone can afford it and does resistance training, putting BPC, TB500, CARTALAX, GHK-CU, KPV, and PEG-MGF all in one syringe would be useful along with collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C. It might help with connective tissue issues that come with aging, reduce sarcopenia, and improve strength.

I combine my reta, tirz, and sometimes cagri into one injection. Still alive and no obvious problems with fibrils or anything else. It seems to control hunger just as well as separate syringes, and I've dropped a lot of weight. In theory there could be issues with absorption or clumping, but the compounded versions are just in bac water so the formulation interactions are probably less of a concern.

My question would also be whether you can mix GHK-Cu with tesamorelin for nighttime and MOTS-c with the wolverine blend in the morning.
