Yeah that checks out. Losing track of which container is which would create total disorder without any sorting system in place. Another thread questions whether those holders combined with the flexible liners end up wasting too much volume overall. I'm curious about keeping items stored over extended periods. Recently I picked up these pointless adapters to fit my small bottles inside the larger units but then noticed how much extra material was occupying unnecessary area so maybe stacking the bottles upright in multiple levels would leave more room instead.
Has anyone tried using insulated containers like that for long term storage in the freezer? Do the inserts matter much? Or could the vials just go in directly and touch each other?
