Normal or a reaction?

The effects build gradually. For me it took about a week and a half, though others say up to four weeks. I have had a bruise-like mark near the injection site a few times, so I would guess the patch is normal unless other symptoms appear.

Curious how much was used and how it was mixed, and whether it stayed refrigerated. Not a regular user myself, but this type of mark looks typical with these peptides and similar agonists. Mild redness or a small patch occurs in a noticeable percentage of cases and is usually just a local response that settles in a day or two. Cold compress, site rotation, letting the solution warm up, and slow injection technique are mentioned as ways people manage it. Spreading, pus, or fever would be reasons to watch more closely.

That does not indicate it is wearing off. Retatrutide has this pattern where people suddenly feel very hungry after a stretch of no appetite, yet they are not actually hungry. Next time it happens, try eating a full meal and see how it goes.

Seven weeks in and the appetite suppression is definitely there. We adjusted meals around it after realizing early on that drinking too much water and similar habits were not helping. Breakfast is now simple like egg and toast, lunch a protein shake, dinner a small portion of meat or fish with vegetables. Eating earlier in the evening has also helped, and the result so far is nineteen pounds down.

I used to get a similar reaction. Switched to a longer needle and it stopped happening.

Thanks for the replies. Started at 2.5 mg from a pen and left it out of the fridge only about five minutes. Using what I think is a four millimeter needle. The mark has begun fading and was never painful. Appetite suppression seems to be easing because eating feels easier and real hunger returned, enough for a full meal rather than just snacks. Nipples have also become very sensitive, which was expected as a possible side effect.
