Keeping up with my progress here, just wrapped up day six. A little discomfort, managed to sleep straight through yet only hit six hours total. Weird. Scale day coming up tomorrow 😊
Seems like a lot of ifs.
Seems like a lot of ifs.
I don't think so. That amount taken before bed helps me rest really well. Going higher hasn't made any difference when it comes to how I sleep. Since I've gone without these compounds for several months now, I'll check my levels prior to resuming and again after a few weeks on the lower amount to track any shifts. The main question for me remains whether a morning intake adds anything and what quantity might be involved if it does. Later on fresh details might surface and shift my view on the matter, and that can always happen.
Keeping up with my progress here, just wrapped up day six. A little discomfort, managed to sleep straight through yet only hit six hours total. Weird. Scale day coming up tomorrow 😊
Starting a fresh week. Raising my Tesa amount to 1.25 mg each morning daily while also raising Reta to 4 mg on two occasions each week. Tesa seems to provide a small mental lift that eases part of the hazy dull tiredness from the Reta. Nothing else negative to mention.
Today marks day seven of tracking. I managed a little extra rest overnight. The sharp feeling was stronger yet stopped sooner. Checked my weight upon waking and no signs of holding onto liquid. The scale shows progress in the desired direction. Started on 15/05/2026 at 112.3kg which is 247lb using the initial approach every four days. By 29/05/2026 down to 106.8kg or 235lb. Then 05/06/2026 saw 104.8kg equaling 231lb. On 12/06/2026 began daily use of the next item at 103.6kg/228lb. Adjusted on 19/06/2026 to five days active and two rest at 102.1kg/225lb. Excited about getting the five week update on this latest change.
It felt good skipping the tesa injections across those two rest days. The second week kicks off this evening on the five days active followed by two off pattern. I will have to try out alternate spots for shots beyond the stomach area. No hives or irritation showed up yet some light discoloration and soreness did occur. I added the waist sides and they felt fairly straightforward when handling the other two substances. Planning an initial rear injection this evening using tesa though reaching properly with the far hand remains awkward.
For the past fifteen days my RS took one milligram of tesa each night prior to sleep. The injection produced neither burning nor any stinging feeling. Sleep quality got noticeably better. Up to now there has been zero discomfort in joints or wrists. The schedule began as five days using it then two days without, although a change to nonstop daily amounts matching the research studies is in the works. Another update will come after completing thirty days at this level. Considering an increase to two milligrams daily, however the expense is making me reluctant.
Losing twenty two pounds over just thirty days looks impressive at first glance. Still after only seven days using tesa any helpful results probably have not started yet based on how I figure the substance works. My own use of tesa now stretches past three weeks at one point five milligrams each day. The needle prick feels mild yet the spot itches for several minutes afterward. Compared with glow the whole process feels much simpler. I began reta on the twentieth of march at two milligrams every four days and dropped roughly thirty pounds through the close of may yet weight loss stopped during most of june around when tesa use began though I cannot tell whether the two connect.
Finished the first day of the second week. Shot went into my left thigh muscle, had that burning feeling lasting around ten minutes. After half a day, just a mild tenderness, basically a faint small throb where I injected. Similar to a minor muscle cramp. But my rest was terrible. Dozed off half an hour post injection, then jerked awake from what seemed like solid slumber roughly an hour later. Stayed awake for sixty more minutes before nodding off again. For the following session I'll stay up at least an hour before trying to sleep and will update how that affects my rest. With only five hours total, I'm still pumped to hit the weights. Catch you tomorrow ✌️
In the beginning ten days my scale didn't move or maybe went up by half a pound. After that the starting water weight seemed to fade away quietly and suddenly one evening I was down three pounds reaching 249. The following evening I lost one more. I haven't noticed any negative effects at all.
On the second day of week two I used fresh needles in my right thigh. I switched to a new kind of sharp. Pushing the plunger feels a lot easier now compared to what I used before. The prick wasn't as bad and faded after three or four minutes. I did the injection at ten thirty in the morning. I went to sleep at eleven thirty at night and got up at seven. My sleep felt good. It was a big upgrade from the night before.
Today I prepared a new container by adding three milliliters of bacteriostatic water hoping the injection discomfort would ease up. That made no difference at all. The burning actually went on even longer while I administered it. Overall the irritation lasted about eleven minutes and came in at six out of ten. Tomorrow I'll share how my rest turned out. For now I'm starting the second episode from the first season of Raakh on the streaming platform.
I'm now in week five. The feeling is more like an irritation than any sharp discomfort. Dosing stays irregular but averages one to two milligrams daily. Over the past month I added a couple pounds while raising my reta dose in tandem. Holding a calorie deficit feels tougher lately and may tie in. After the morning shot of the ipa mix my stomach starts rumbling within ten minutes. That fades by thirty minutes at longest and I link it to the hunger hormone effect from ipa. I train weights right after the morning injection and on those three days add a smaller evening amount. Now and then I skip the next day altogether beyond the weekend day I already skip. Clear physical progress shows up though fast changes happened before when I began lifting. Still it appears helpful. Early on mental sharpness increased. Semax disappointed yet the tesa ipa combo stands out for better focus. I can't tell if adaptation occurred or the boost was brief but productivity rose anyway.
Some fluid buildup tends to show up early on. Mine hung around for about three or four weeks before easing off. At eight weeks in, the deep belly fat now seems to be dropping off more quickly.
Curious what week count you have in mind for running this.
Four weeks into this daily peptide routine my hands have started aching like they're arthritic with occasional tingling. Not sure I'll stick with it much longer if these effects keep up.
Completed an eight-week run dosing one milligram each morning on an empty stomach. Injecting into the leg proved far superior with no burning sensation. It left me completely drained, lacking all motivation and disrupting my rest patterns. Planning a month off before attempting another round. The substance can be unpredictable since one container gelled immediately upon mixing with both acids and water, but switching to just the water worked okay afterward. Doubtful any positive effects showed up during those initial weeks, so curious about the next try. Someone mentioned good results combining with Reta which I began recently, so we'll observe how that goes.
Taking jt right before bedtime lets me rest more easily. Using it during the morning would leave me exhausted the whole day instead.
Still using this each morning at the one milligram level and so far no tiredness or actual side effects have appeared.
I kept going with daily evening injections for roughly thirty days straight without breaks. Then these reactions popped up involving puffy red hands along with itchiness and inflammation around old spots, which left me feeling off. So I paused for around six weeks before trying again, but the issues returned right after the next couple of shots. Seems like this just doesn't agree with my system. Now I've got plenty of those containers left unused.
I run twelve before taking a full month break afterward.
That does sound disappointing. At some point handing them over to somebody else could be possible. I've also got compounds sitting unused after losing interest. I really don't think I'll finish my entire supply of that one.
Every night after going without eating for several hours ahead of sleep I use one milligram of one compound plus three hundred micrograms of the other on a five days active followed by two days off schedule. This marks the second time running the protocol and I have reached week seven so far. The prior twelve week stretch produced strong changes with thirty pounds lost and no drop in muscle according to the body composition scan though nothing was added either. Now aiming for sixteen weeks total I monitor rest patterns and notice about half better deep rest readings from the finger worn tracker. Some mild joint discomfort appears connected to fluid buildup. Training recovery stands out as clearly faster while using compared to breaks. Another scan will be done at the finish for direct comparison with the earlier one. Waist size fell noticeably by four inches last round based on pant fit and this time tape measurements are also being recorded for accuracy.
My rest seems a bit disrupted lately, yet the healing process appears improved. I suspect I'm gaining some fluid retention at this point in the third week, since my scale numbers aren't shifting much despite similar snacking patterns that previously allowed significant loss. Still, the better recovery stands out to me.

One day our community could start throwing events where folks drop their extra items on a shared giveaway surface that ends up piled with sets holding nine small bottles each of several compounds along with six-bottle collections of another item that members end up arguing over plus really old preserved complete packages of something else that veterans picked up years back.
Injected into the stomach on the fourth day of the second week and it turned out really well. Got fantastic rest after that. The next day the shot in my left thigh caused sharp pain along with a noticeable bump. It disturbed me briefly yet the rest stayed solid with seven hours straight through.
Just checking in for anyone reading along. Right now I'm taking eight milligrams weekly of one plus two milligrams each day of the other. Appetite ticked up a little, though I'm still holding my calories in a steady deficit against my basal rate. Mixing them feels different from the single one alone, since that caused steady loss. Now the numbers on the scale swing around for no clear reason.
The other day my supply of the longer needles ran dry, which led me to try the shorter ones for Tesa that time, and the sharp sensation showed up then for the very first occasion. Longer needles stay reserved exclusively by me for Tesa, Klow and MOTS-C.
That caught my attention so i could give those needles a shot next time. The prick felt mild yet it left a solid mark. Stuck it in the lower left part of my stomach. Next morning the spot felt sore but i doubt the medication caused it. Only managed five hours of rest since i spent time arranging a trip.
40 year old male here. I got a baseline reading and landed at 202 with a 0.8 z-score. I have both tesa and ipa on hand but haven't begun yet. I'm also considering starting with a lower dose approach.
Just placed an order for some tesa. How long does it usually take before noticing changes around the midsection? I've still got roughly 15 lb of stubborn fat left and was hoping three months might handle it. Also picked up some cagri at the same time since I didn't want to push my reta any higher.
Week 3 day 2. Tried the left glute for the first time but couldn't quite reach it properly. Still got a mild sting and a clear welt that faded in ten to fifteen minutes. Sleep turned out solid overall even though it split into two chunks after getting up to pee.
I suspect you'll end up underwhelmed. Results seem to depend a lot on your starting IGF score in my view, since it tends to matter more when you begin from a low point.
Even at 250 or 300 mcg cagri tends to move weight and fat loss at least ten times more than 2 mg of tesa. Tesa works better for holding onto muscle when paired with resistance work. On the other hand the optional fasting windows that boost tesa can also push extra fat loss.
Closing in on a month of tesa at 2 mg three times a week alongside CJC no DAC plus ipa at 200 mcg each five times a week. No noticeable body composition shifts yet but once I sorted the CJC timing sleep improved clearly. Nighttime ipa initially wrecked my rest so I moved it to mornings for a couple weeks then flipped it back. Bloodwork coming up in a week to compare against my starting z-score of plus 0.7.
Week 2 day 3. Belly pins somehow sting the least now like the area has adapted. Stinging faded after just a few minutes with only a tiny welt. Sleep stayed good at seven hours interrupted briefly around 6 am.
Only three weeks into 2 mg tesa daily with reta at 8 mg a week and the big jump in mood still hasn't arrived. Reminded myself that clear changes usually wait until week eight and peak results come much later around week twenty six. I'm pinning tesa in the morning like others on the same combo. The real issue is coffee. I've always had black coffee first thing and I know the cortisol and fatty acid spike can blunt tesa. Waiting an hour after the shot before coffee feels harder than expected. How much does that single cup actually interfere if I drink it around the same time as pinning?
Same coffee dilemma here so I stuck with evening pins. Last meal by eight pm has become a steady habit that feels positive alongside the weight loss. Week three day four update. Right thigh pin went smoothly this time with no welt and only mild sting. Sleep quality stayed high but total time was only five and a half hours because I pushed past tiredness while working. Added 100 mcg ipa yesterday and plan to move to 200 mcg next week. Minimal water retention so far but occasional mild joint discomfort in the lower body. Current stack is reta 1 mg every four days, tesa 1 mg on a five two schedule, and ipa 100 mcg daily switching to five two at 200 mcg soon.
Thanks for the reply. Sounds like you're getting the results you want from reta at that level. I don't respond as strongly so if nothing shifts in the next week or two I'll raise my current 8 mg dose. Did you get your tesa tested or just went with your gut on the purchase?
Week five day two update. Tesa at 0.5 mg with ipa at 0.25 mg daily first thing in the morning and fasting two hours after. Not planning to raise anything this cycle. Reta at 2 mg a week for maintenance after hitting goal weight. Energy stays steady and high with almost no afternoon dips. Late work nights are easier now and sleep comes quickly with solid quality and almost no waking. Home lifting for recomp is progressing well every other day and muscle definition is already showing. No sides at all and no water weight or swelling.
I've been using 1.5 mg at night around eleven thirty or midnight. Even if I doze off I get up to take it. You probably need to stay fasted longer than an hour for full effect. Mornings just don't work because I need the coffee.
I have the exact same question with sermorelin. Can't remember to take it at night and sometimes eat late so an empty stomach is tough on a GLP-1. I'd rather pin in the morning when I'm truly fasted but I'm also fully on the must have black coffee first thing train. Some info suggested it might still work if you wait only thirty minutes but trying that two days in a row was really hard. Wish there was another option.
Coffee is life. Sometimes when I wake up at night to pee I just pin then. The ongoing frustration is watching the scale stay stuck despite 8 mg reta weekly and 2 mg tesa daily. Only three weeks in but it's still annoying.
Everything I've read indicates that insulin from eating is what blunts the pulses after tesa. Black coffee or tea is generally accepted as not breaking a fast. If there's specific material showing otherwise I'd like to see it but until then I'd say enjoy the coffee.
Tesa half life is around thirty minutes so with a 2 mg dose a strict fasted window means three to four hours without coffee which is rough. For ipa it could stretch even longer.
Anyone stacking reta with tesa? I've seen mixed feedback because of their opposing glucose effects. Some say the combo works others say tesa blunts reta. I'm asking because of high visceral fat and a recent fatty liver diagnosis. Reta already helps visceral fat but wondering if tesa could add to it.
From what I can tell they work together synergistically though there's no solid science or testing confirming it either way.
I'll admit I'm running both on week six of 6 mg reta plus week two of 1 mg tesa with no issues so far. Planning bloodwork soon mainly for testosterone TSH and IGF-1 trends. The key markers to watch would be fasting glucose and HbA1c over time. Started the combo to target visceral fat faster and help protect muscle. Waist measurement is down an inch since adding tesa though some of that could be reta momentum. Assuming no diabetes or similar complications the benefits seem to outweigh any downsides.
Been stacking reta and tesa since end of January as a 53 54 year old male with very positive results. Down about 30 lb from 219 to 186 192 fluctuating with training. VO2 max rose from 46 to 52 and endurance on the mountain bike improved noticeably. Weights stayed steady. Waist went from 36 to 32 33 inches with visible four pack though a pocket of fat remains around the navel. Visceral fat down 40 percent on bio impedance. Reta 4 mg weekly split. Tesa ipa blend on five two schedule at 2 mg tesa and 0.3 mg ipa. Also on low dose test enclomiphene hcg and various supps plus electrolytes. No squat work due to bike volume.
