Taking those substances early hasn't really disturbed my rest much. I fill the first hours with discussions and phone conversations because my thinking feels clearer then. The rest of the daytime stays calmer and includes some movement, followed by a gradual slowdown toward night that fits my natural body clock. I haven't tried Cardarine myself, though the cancer concerns tied to certain similar materials seem overstated. Everyone runs into plenty of substances each day that can technically promote cancer, so I'd guess that particular one doesn't rank high among worries.

I should report back on how things turn out. Still, caution is necessary since I'm in the process of reducing my SSRI dosage. Last week I encountered some issues after using the subcutaneous version alongside the SSRI, including intense mental cloudiness and disorientation. Things returned to usual once I discontinued that.

I share that perspective entirely. Even so, I usually limit what I post about to milder substances. That one still stands out as a favorite though. Just had to bring it up.

What's your age and line of employment? Around thirty-five myself, I once shared the view that those compounds had no real impact. Their benefits only became clear after I handled a demanding assignment that forced quick mastery of new material.

Curious about any observations regarding piracetam use. Might it cause an uptick in choline too?

I'm far more aged these days, though no smarter for it. Such a response would demand considerable explanation and reflection. Nope. The compound supplies a precursor for creating the neurotransmitter. The other substance fails to boost levels of that precursor on its own. However, it might enhance activity in the related system or speed up the neurotransmitter's cycling, thereby raising the need for the precursor. This explains why individuals sometimes combine the two. Together they seemed to enhance each other's effects, and using both produced superior results compared to taking them separately, based on my experience.

I wonder if piracetam makes other people feel a touch more anxious. The clear headedness it brings appeals to me although it seems to heighten my tension a bit. That's been the sole adjustment to what I've been taking lately. My stack also includes modafinil which I'm quite fond of plus l theanine and alpha gpc. In addition combining coq10 with pqq and nad plus provides some vitality despite not being classic cognitive enhancers.

I always combine choline with piracetam in my own routine. Cutting back on the piracetam amount can make a difference as well. Excess leaves me tense and restless, above all when the two amounts seem mismatched. Overdoing piracetam brings edginess, stiffness, headaches or an overstimulated state. Falling short on choline produces headaches or a depleted sensation. Going overboard with choline instead triggers stiffness, a down mood, cloudy thinking, queasiness, tight muscles or restless nights.

Yes I'm pairing choline alongside this one though perhaps the Piracetam amount feels excessive I had been using just 800mg earlier yet dividing those portions might work better thanks for the thoughts

I nearly abandoned the Lions Mane and Citicoline until my recollection and attentiveness started improving lately. I'm really interested in trying Dihexa because it seems like it could work better than both together. However I still have enough left to last through the month so I'll probably switch to Dihexa after that.

Adding to my earlier comment, about twelve months back I tried a pair of those items but noticed no changes at all. Only lately have I begun looking at other options since getting older and having more memory slips has started happening.
