It might not be motivation that is missing but fear that the final look will not match what you pictured. We all doubt the process at times, especially when we get close and realize more work is needed. Taking a short break from strict dieting can give space to plan a realistic workout approach that fits your limits. Avoid random videos and build a basic understanding first. From the pictures you have already made solid progress and look great.
My weight loss efforts always follow the same pattern. The first months feel great, then motivation just disappears even though the diet stays reasonable with no big restrictions. I reach a point where my brain says it is good enough even though I am still unhappy with how I look and want to hit my goals. Starting weight was 74.2 kg, now 65.7 kg, goal around 57 kg. I am on a low dose every seven days because I react strongly to these medications. I have not started exercising yet and know that is the next move, but old injuries limit what I can do at the gym. I have a treadmill at the apartment and can do small home sessions. I worry that staying on the medication without movement will leave me flat like last time, so I might end up gaining some weight back to restore curves. Looking for personal experiences or ideas on how to push through and stay consistent. I have two other compounds arriving soon.
