Retatrutide Dose Table [unofficial]

Summary

What gradual titration schedules are people using for Retatrutide and how do they compare to standard charts?

Users report experimenting with slower ramps than published tables, starting as low as 0.5 mg twice weekly and increasing only when tolerated. Several note they remain at low weekly totals well past week 4 with good results and minimal sides. Others caution against time-based escalation and prefer waiting until current doses stop working. One user mentions reading that key benefits appear around 4 mg.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether doses should be raised on a fixed weekly schedule or only when the current dose loses efficacy.

Nothing here is advice.

As of October 2025 there is still no standardized public dosage chart for Retatrutide because the compound remains in research and clinical trials.

Has anyone tested increasing the amount more slowly over time? Like beginning at one milligram in the opening week then moving to one and a quarter the week after that followed by one and a half the next instead of jumping straight to two milligrams across the first four weeks.

I'm going through this sequence while also lowering my dose of Tirz gradually. I've dropped 120 pounds so far and reached my target weight, though I might aim for another 10 pounds down as I begin focusing on body composition changes. At week 8 now, I've noticed increased stamina allowing me to jog every day, progressing beyond just walking with no running to covering 2.5 miles at a slow pace around 5 miles per hour. When I first reached my goal several months back, attempting to run didn't work out at all. There aren't any adverse effects, and my appetite signals or hunger pangs haven't shifted much. The Tirz helped me arrive at this point, yet I'm seeking additional vigor to boost my exercise routine using reta.

I've been following a similar pattern myself. Began with half a milligram on two occasions weekly over the first fourteen days. Then adjusted to a total of one point two five milligrams each week, broken into doses of half and three quarters of a milligram. Seems like I respond strongly since everything is progressing nicely. Currently in week four but maintaining that same weekly total. Zero unwanted effects so far besides an increased resting pulse.

It's wrong to bump up the amount just because a certain period has passed, instead of checking if it's actually doing the job. When a small quantity is already getting results, there's no reason to take twice as much after five weeks.

From what I recall the key upsides only appear after hitting four milligrams.

The research findings show up only after matching its exact method... merely stating.

Started out slowly with doses spaced across weeks. On Thursday of the opening period took one milligram. The next Wednesday used one point two five milligrams followed four days afterward by point seven five on Sunday then opted for dosing every fourteen days. Third period had point seven five on Wednesday and one milligram on Sunday. Fourth period took one point five on Wednesday. Only noticed head pain and tiredness early on during that beginning stretch and lately suspecting either blockage or reduced frequency from lower consumption.

A post on a different site caught my attention with comparable details. I'm still not participating but I've been looking into it and gathering info. Progress has been gradual for me since starting Tirz back in August, resulting in just five pounds lost overall despite watching what I eat and staying active.
