Found that letting MOTS-C sit out in a dark cabinet for about twenty minutes cuts down the bad effects a lot.

Quick update after deciding to take a couple weeks off. Only four days in and joint and hip pain came roaring back. Thinking about restarting already. Nothing else changed so it might not be coincidence. Still researching long-term daily use and weighing the risks.

Similar situation here. 1 mg KPV plus 1 mg BPC has helped a lot. So much that I stopped remembering to moisturize for long stretches. Benefits take some time to show up.

First time cycling off was the same for me. A few days without it and I said nope, restarted and ran another couple months. Second time off the pain took longer to return and came back milder. No research shows harm from long-term use or need to cycle, though some inflammation can be useful for healing so pauses might help sometimes. For chronic systemic inflammation though, KPV is the best.

WarmSparrow33archiveJun 16

Love my KPV. Taking it with glow because I want the dose badly and won't go without it. Besides pain relief it's helping my IBS too.

Running anything else? Reading suggests KPV can mask issues but you still need other things like BPC to fix the root problems.

Really glad to see this, thanks. Been reading about KPV and think it will be my next peptide. On Tirz five months, down 30 lbs. Multiple back surgeries, one knee replacement, and big shoulder repair. Too young to feel this old. Knee still swells three years later no matter the exercise. Also have MCAS from Alpha Gal. First two months on Tirz inflammation dropped but now it's back, hoping KPV calms the MCAS.

Back on 0.5 mg for the last four days and pain is gone again. Might try cycling later but right now convinced it helps the joints.

Seed oils cause tons of problems. When we race and eat from food trucks for a few days I almost always come home sick, break out, and feel off until it's cleared.

Good question. Been off for a month now and no pain has returned yet.

Totally feel it too, mostly skin but whole body notices. Avoid them like the plague. When eating out try places that skip them. Surprisingly Buffalo Wild Wings and some Popeye's don't use them. There's also a good Mexican spot in SoCal that doesn't and we go often.

Oral slow-release BPC-157 cleared my IBS in just a few days.

ClearSignal71archiveJun 28

Is KPV meant to be pinned daily? Getting some and planning to start low and slow. Mainly want the anti-inflammatory effects. Only on Tirz since November, down 30 lbs and feeling good.

NorthLantern81archiveJun 28

Have tennis and golf elbow on right arm, tennis elbow only on left. Doctor says strong inflammation and partial tear. Already on GHK-CU, BPC-157, TB4 and HGH. Can I add KPV? Any thoughts on starting right at 1 mg daily or easing in?

BrightSparrow36archiveJun 28

Already running a glow stack so no harm adding KPV to make it a klow stack. Started at 0.5 mg but now around 1 mg daily, split into two pins, though you could probably begin at 1 mg without issues.

NorthLantern81archiveJun 28

Thanks, maybe I'll split it like my BPC, 500 mcg morning and evening.

Just a short note following my earlier comment. I've started taking this peptide and my skin issue cleared up a lot when I added the other cream too. Digestion feels noticeably stronger and the results have been great up to now. I'll make sure to have more on hand going forward.

How much of this stuff do you take? Thinking about trying it out myself since my situation lines up pretty close.

ClearQuill84archiveJun 28

Seeing everyone share their results left me feeling envious. I've been dosing a counterfeit batch of KPV for the last couple weeks. Now I'm stuck waiting on the real version to show up. 😐

Taking this each day suits me fine. A few people use it twice daily yet a half milligram works okay when I do it first thing. There have been tough times where I used a full milligram still only once in the morning. I ended up buying the injection device and related supplies. This setup helps a lot although the early vials caused issues and I ended up discarding some material during the process of preparing and removing bubbles. Now I've worked out the method.

Glad you answered that question! The package ought to show up in the post before long, and I'm looking forward to getting started right after the break. Let's see how everything turns out!

I came across an article exploring what research says about how these oils affect health. Anyone got papers that highlight the damage they can cause?

NorthBramble10archiveJun 29

I began using half a milligram initially then decided to increase the amount to one milligram lately in order to check whether the impact feels more pronounced. Although increasing the quantity does not guarantee superior results some experimentation seems necessary here. The suggested amount appears to be half a milligram in most cases so I am curious whether a higher intake produces additional outcomes or simply ends up being pointless. I have two sets on hand right now and intend to get more in order to test this possibility.

Certain eating plans view fats as tolerable in small amounts but far from perfect, particularly during weight reduction efforts. By contrast some shakes include higher fat levels than usual even the ones positioned as suitable alongside GLP in crimson containers holding thirty grams of protein. These products stay fairly low in calories despite heavy processing. From my view the outcome hinges on whatever else appears in that same eating occasion. Whenever the remaining items stay mostly low in fat I gain extra flexibility. In my case the clear item to steer clear of involves stacking several high fat choices that actually reduce circulation speed.

Understanding the idea behind avoiding oils temporarily to help drop some weight makes sense to me. I also see how those omega-6 fats might be more harmful. What I'm after is actual evidence showing that oils from seeds lead to medical troubles. Coconuts qualify as seeds, and their fat packs a lot of saturation that pushes up cholesterol levels in the blood, although nobody seems to flag that. There was a stretch when I cut every oil out completely, yet recently I've started using modest quantities of first-press olive oil.

Did you ever inject into the top of your rear? Redness showed up near the spot solely after using GHK-Cu in my abdomen, yet it never happened when I chose the backside. So far I've used around sixty milligrams total. There's always some irritation with each shot no matter where, though the backside bothers me the least, and oddly the left side feels better than the right, ha!

Experts agree that plant-derived oils belong in balanced eating patterns just like other vegetable fats. Canola, flax, grape seed, sunflower, sesame, olive and avocado versions show solid fat balances, with minimal saturated types and plenty of unsaturated ones that aid heart function while cutting LDL, unlike animal fats such as butter or lard that deserve strict limits. Olive oil handles cooking fine when temperatures stay moderate, which surprises many people, and remains steady below roughly 180-210 degrees. Rapeseed and avocado versions behave the same way. Broad overviews that combine every study on the topic back the health gains from these oils, and those overviews carry the strongest weight because they examine the full body of work instead of single experiments. Someone mentioned feeling unwell after using such oils from a street meal. The issue stems from the unbalanced processed food made under questionable conditions, not the oils themselves. The discomfort traces to the real source.

I remember a physician who passed away having put together studies backing a way of eating with minimal fat and absolutely no oils, and he called out a major heart organization for receiving payments to ignore issues with fats they called good for you. Regardless, the field of nutrition lacks agreement on most points aside from favoring diets based entirely on plants. There were some older pieces he pointed to in his work.

My psoriasis shows up lightly around the elbows the nape area and knees. I wonder if using KPV by itself gets results or whether Klow might turn out stronger instead.

NorthBramble10archiveJul 9
↳ replying to @IronKettle95

I believe KPV works fine by itself. A mix like KLOW that has KPV combined with GHK plus BPC and TB appears effective for things such as skin health, hair, and recovery too.

I know less than you probably do about that skin issue, yet regular exposure to UVB rays cleared away almost all my patches. Slow progress came from skipping sessions at first, but I expect the rest to fade before long. The lamp I relied on was one made for reptiles inside their living space, and only the UVB kind worked rather than UVA.

Sunlight used to trigger fast burns plus an annoying red skin reaction whenever those oils were part of my meals. After dropping them entirely the reaction stopped for good. Passing up nearly every restaurant meal and processed item takes real effort though I find the change worth it.
