KPV dosing experiences and psoriasis results

Summary

What results, dosing, and comparisons are reported for KPV in psoriasis and inflammation management?

Users report major psoriasis clearance and improved gut health from KPV, frequently alongside tazarotene, with plans for ongoing personal supply. Dosing discussions center on starting at 0.5 mg and testing up to 1 mg daily within 200-500 mcg reference ranges using pens. Fake batches prompt replacement waits, while standalone KPV is weighed against combination approaches for mild cases and UV-B is mentioned as an alternative. Off-topic exchanges cover seed oil avoidance and claimed cardiovascular effects, with group-buy interest noted but deferred.

After three months on Tirz and confirming I was clear of side effects, I added KPV for its potential to reduce inflammation further. Tirz already helped my inflammation noticeably, so I wanted to build on that. I inject 500 mcg first thing each morning. Results showed up around day five. No injection site reactions or other issues so far. The biggest changes are getting out of bed without any stiffness or warm-up moves, hip pain that used to wake me at night has stopped, wrist discomfort from carpal tunnel faded almost completely by day twenty, and I only feel occasional twinges if I lift heavy. Soreness after softball or playing with the kids is much less, and on active days I sometimes go up to 1 mg. Overall energy is higher and recovery from physical work like gardening is faster.

PatientFenwick37archiveMay 23

KPV produces a quick calming sensation for me about ten minutes after I take it.

BrightSparrow36archiveMay 23

I am wrapping up three weeks of adding KPV and intend to keep using it long term. The tirz-related burps have disappeared for me. Inflammation dropped a lot once I began tirz back in January, and I added KPV to support that further. I like the combination.

GreyHarbour55archiveMay 23

Whenever I read about strong results from KPV I like to mention my own experience. It is a standout peptide and I plan to keep it available whenever possible.

KeenQuill92archiveMay 23

That sounds great. I just placed an order for a blend that includes KPV, so this will be my first time trying it. I am looking forward to it even if I cannot separate the effects from other things I am already using.

SteadyAnchor73archiveMay 23

The blend works fine, yet KPV on its own feels noticeably different. I still inject standalone KPV at separate times from the blend.

This thread has caught my attention. I have ongoing lower back pain from an old compression injury that has flared up lately. I already have BPC-157 on hand to try, but now I am also thinking about getting KPV once I finish testing the BPC.

PlainTimber26archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @SteadySparrow75

Keep me posted on how it works out. There are plenty of things I would like to test, but I am trying to introduce only one new item at a time.

PatientFenwick37archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @SteadyAnchor73

I use 1 mg of KPV alone in the morning and another 1 mg at night combined with GHK-CU. I prepare a vial mixing 50 mg GHK with 20 mg KPV in 1-5 ml for a 2.5 mg / 1 mg dose.

SteadyAnchor73archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick37

My blend is not the standard one. It actually contains ghk-cu 50 mg, ghk-basic 50 mg, and KPV 30 mg.

BlueSignal97archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @SteadyAnchor73

I add roughly 500 mcg extra KPV into the syringe that already has the blend, and this has nearly removed any injection site reaction.

SteadySparrow75archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @PlainTimber26

I agree about adding things slowly. Tirz is what led me to peptides in the first place, and now there are many others to consider. Getting comfortable with the current routine already involves enough variables, so new additions feel lower priority. I also want to test one item at a time to see clear effects. I have several others waiting and will try KPV next to decide if the results justify further investment.

LevelSignal46archiveMay 23

I am planning to add KPV to what I am already using. I get pain in one foot after being on my feet for several hours. What daily amounts are most people using?

PlainTimber26archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @LevelSignal46

A commonly mentioned approach is 200-500 mcg once or twice a day depending on the goal. For general inflammation reduction I stay at 500 mcg each morning, and I raise it to 1 mg on days I expect to be more active. I have not decided yet whether to cycle off.

AmberCinder18archiveMay 23

I have seen claims that KPV works well taken by mouth. Since I prefer to avoid daily injections, does anyone know of an oral version?

PlainTimber26archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @AmberCinder18

There was a recent group purchase for an oral form. I can check if extras were ordered for later sale, though it will take time to arrive.

BrightSparrow36archiveMay 23

I am using about 750 mcg each morning. The amount came from reconstituting with 1.5 ml instead of 1 ml because it mixed more easily, and 10 units then gives a convenient dose.

ClearWillow59archiveMay 23
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick37

I notice the same calming feeling after injecting the blend.

ClearQuill84archiveMay 23

I am currently using the blend and like the results, so I will add KPV with my next order. I plan to alternate it during breaks from the blend, hoping it will further improve my rosacea.

LevelLedger10archiveMay 24

KPV ranks among my top two peptides. Checking my records shows I still have a large amount on hand, which is good because I see it as something I will want to keep using ongoing.

SharpCinder28archiveMay 24
↳ replying to @AmberCinder18

Oral versions exist but they are mainly intended for gut issues, unlike BPC which has broader oral use.

PatientMeadow16archiveMay 24
↳ replying to @PlainTimber26 (opening post)

I am paying attention and want to try it myself because of my own age-related issues. The reports about stopping the burps are convincing, since I do it without noticing anymore. I need to get some KPV.

WryCinder14archiveMay 24
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick37

Is the combination you described the one people call the wolverine stack?

WryQuill22archiveMay 24
↳ replying to @LevelLedger10

What is the other peptide you rank equally high?

GreenSignal63archiveMay 24
↳ replying to @WryCinder14

The wolverine stack refers to a BPC-157 and TB500 combination.

LevelLedger10archiveMay 24
↳ replying to @WryQuill22

Reta is the other one. Both produce clear, reliable effects for me.

RustPebble43archiveMay 31
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick37

I had the same calming response. The first night I used it I slept better than I have in a long time.

RustPebble43archiveMay 31
↳ replying to @SlowAnchor57

KPV might offer some help, but topical GHK-CU worked very well for someone I know who had red patches from psoriasis on her arms and hands. Mixing 1 gram of the powder into 30 ml hyaluronic acid and applying it a couple times daily cleared it after several weeks when nothing else had.

SlowLedger21archiveMay 31
↳ replying to @SlowAnchor57

Yes, daily use at 500 mcg cleared my psoriasis by about 90 percent in one month.

SharpCinder28archiveJun 3

According to one source, KPV may address several issues that come with GLP medications such as delayed gastric emptying, cytokine release during fat loss, and catabolic stress from being in a deficit.

NorthBramble10archiveJun 3
↳ replying to @SlowLedger21

It is encouraging to read that report. I have severe psoriasis covering my scalp, beard, eyebrows and other hair-bearing areas on my face and head. I began KPV last week at 0.5 mg and am hoping for improvement.

SlowLedger21archiveJun 3
↳ replying to @NorthBramble10

It should help. I only have it on my scalp. I also saw major improvement by cutting out seed oils completely. My eczema on two fingers is triggered 100 percent by them, and the same trigger affects the scalp psoriasis. When I eat at places that avoid seed oils there is no flare.

WryCinder14archiveJun 3

After only seven days at 1 mg daily my left knee pain has disappeared. The discomfort when climbing stairs had been present for about six months. I am going to continue.

RustSignal22archiveJun 3

If you do not mind sharing, what is your age?

QuietBramble77archiveJun 3

What dosing schedule do you follow? I have a 5 mg kit and have seen mentions of 0.5 to 1 mg.

WryKettle80archiveJun 3

It is useful to see longer-term experiences. Thanks for sharing.

LevelKettle20archiveJun 3
↳ replying to @PlainTimber26 (opening post)

That is encouraging. I have been considering it for acid reflux and was deciding between KPV and BPC-157. I think I will go ahead and order KPV.

QuietBramble77archiveJun 4

I began with 500 mcg today and may try 1 mg tomorrow.

GreyCinder69archiveJun 4

I'm guessing the pain returns after stopping? Sorry, total beginner here.

RustPebble50archiveJun 5

Started 1 mg of KPV every day two weeks back. Skin feels really soft now, almost velvety, and nights are restful. Only other thing is Reta at 2.5 mg twice weekly. Planning to add BPC next.

PlainTimber26archiveJun 6
↳ replying to @GreyCinder69

Planning to stop on 6/12 for a couple weeks to check. Will report back after the break. Everything is still trial and error and I get uneasy about daily use forever, but if pain returns fast I can always restart.

GreyCinder69archiveJun 6
↳ replying to @PlainTimber26

Hope the cycle works out and looking forward to hearing how it goes. On day four myself and hoping it eases at least some of the pain.

AmberAnchor37archiveJun 10

Two-plus weeks on KPV and feeling the best in a long time. Hard to name one thing, just overall better. Walked down stairs normally this morning for the first time in years instead of one step at a time. On reta and lost weight, but KPV seems to be the bigger factor.

SharpCinder28archiveJun 10

KPV mixes fine with other non-GLP peptides in the same syringe right before injecting.

GreyAlder46archiveJun 10

Just ordered KPV mainly because GHK-CU keeps causing red irritated spots around injection sites no matter how much I dilute. Also starting MOTS-c soon and heard it can cause even worse site reactions. Currently on 2 mg GHK-CU which doesn't sting but leaves a red itchy spot for days.

RustBeacon82archiveJun 10
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick37

This is what I need to try. How do you do it?

PatientFenwick37archiveJun 10
↳ replying to @RustBeacon82

Reconstitute a 50 mg GHK-CU vial with 3 ml bac water and two 10 mg KPV vials with 1 ml each. Combine everything into one 5 ml vial. 25 units gives 2.5 mg GHK-CU and 1 mg KPV.

RustBeacon82archiveJun 10

Thanks a lot. Ordering some 5 ml vials now.
