Switching Triz and Sema off and on

4 replies5 peopleDec 27, 2025☆ Follow
Summary

Should you alternate between tirz and sema or stick with one and adjust dosing?

The original poster alternates full tirz kits with half sema kits to avoid tolerance but finds sema leaves them hungrier and causes weight gain, leaving 15 vials to finish. Replies advise picking one peptide and raising the dose once effects fade, or stacking instead of switching. Some alternate or combine multiple compounds including cagri and reta purely by how they feel each week.

Nothing here is advice.

I usually purchase two full sets of tirz along with one set of sema. I finish an entire tirz set then move over to sema for half a set. The idea is keeping my body from adapting to just one. On sema though I notice more hunger and the scale starts moving up again. Fifteen vials of sema are still sitting here waiting to be used. Would three vials followed by one work as a plan to clear them out? How do others handle switching or do they simply raise the amount they are already on? Reta is something I might try even though it is newer.

I would settle on one peptide and stay with it. Rather than switching back and forth, raise the dose once results stall for a couple of weeks.

Some people combine sema and reta together. Stacking sema with tirz could be worth considering. Switching between them is also acceptable and would sidestep pharmacological competition. I tend to follow how I feel from one day or week to the next. Part of why I stack is simply for a change rather than rotating on a strict weekly or monthly schedule.

Haha, same here. I rotate cagri, reta, tirz and sema on and off just to keep things different.

My sema dose happens on Sunday and reta follows three days later. The same spacing should work fine if you swap tirz in for the reta.
