I have been researching since the earlier mention. It looks like there may be some initial equipment cost but then the consumables run around fifteen to twenty dollars per test after that.

To keep things concise I skipped mentioning several other points for instance when air isn't drawn back into the vial or cartridge a 31 gauge needle works without its plunger because of reduced vacuum. The photos included a couple of 23s but I didn't extract the plunger from the air filter as I was only arranging the images and missed that detail.

Absolutely, but I am going to type it into a text editor and double-check that I did not leave anything out. Previous how-tos were written in the middle of other tasks and from memory, so a couple of steps were not clear. I want to make sure the endotoxin steps are all included since the setup is expensive and it is important to get it right.

And do you also use ones that last a week? One more thing I haven't seen addressed yet: Does subcutaneous delivery have a limit on how much liquid can go in at once? If that's the case, I figure you'd just pick another spot.
