My research subject began this protocol three days back, and from our observations it has transformed their situation in a major way. They never realized such support was necessary. It appears anxiety had gone unrecognized for years. A significant personal event triggered a downturn, leading us to test whether this option might ease the strain.

We mixed the vial contents into saline solution inside a spray container calibrated for small doses. Around midday the subject administered one puff per nostril, and before long their perspective shifted noticeably. Persistent underlying worries gave way to a steady sense of composure and command. The schedule calls for four weeks of daily use followed by two weeks without, repeated across a few rounds. These initial days indicate that when brain chemistry aligns, results can appear quickly.

By the end of the first day the subject recognized they had been misleading themselves about several aspects of daily life. They had maintained a constant state of unease while convincing themselves it was merely prudent preparation. That habit had seemed positive rather than an indicator of elevated tension. Because the subject performs well and achieves goals, the possibility of anxiety seemed unlikely, yet that assumption proved false.

The peptide exploration started from a weight concern after moving from an earlier compound obtained through remote medical channels and later shifting sources. While reviewing available options we came across mentions of this one in relation to tension relief. We had always dismissed the idea of anxiety applying in this instance and ignored various hints along with input from others. Further reading revealed matching patterns from earlier trials, and continued study showed the subject matched the typical profile exactly. Many traits traced back to early years, which apparently set the stage for intense worry and later heart complications despite overall fitness, with the prior compound aiding the weight aspect substantially.

We chose to proceed with a trial anyway. Hours later a clear change appeared in how the subject responded to events. This account is already lengthy so details will stay brief. If the compound produces little or no change for someone, their wiring may already be balanced and this path may not suit them. I feel hopeful about the longer-term adjustments noted in research, yet the immediate relief in outlook has been striking. Future plans now include considering an additional compound down the line.

AmberAnchor10archiveJan 13

I appreciate the response. My RS is getting set to start her own Semax/Selank experience.

AmberMarble84archiveJan 13

It's wonderful how these realizations hit later in life. As a physician myself, I only spotted my own anxiety issues at 42 when my regular doctor pointed it out. My first thought was that had to be wrong, and I questioned what else could explain the signs I showed. Funny how that goes. Similarly, the ADD part didn't click until I hit 47 or 48, since everyone always said folks with that couldn't finish med school or handle such roles. Turns out plenty of my colleagues deal with ADD or autism too, so it's pretty typical here. Anxiety pops up everywhere in different ways. I use that compound and it quiets my thoughts as well.

I'm a big fan of it as well. It turns off the noise from my scattered thoughts and helps me stay on task better.

Over the coming weeks more reports should appear. A skiing getaway begins shortly and starting the compound is unlikely before week three.

Yeah turns out I'm quite the hypocrite here. Though my work is in technology rather than medicine I always saw myself as someone who prepared for every possibility. I don't get nervous I'm just overly ready. Learning more about Selank made me question my own patterns. I recognized a lot of overlap with people who found it useful. I checked with a buddy in healthcare and wondered if growing up amid certain ongoing issues could lead to ongoing tension plus heart troubles down the line. They laughed and handed me some articles. It hit me that I'm a textbook case of high functioning worry which even explains my career wins. After one try everything felt different. I could actually unwind and sit with my thoughts. On the weekend I felt no rush to head out and stay occupied. I managed my daughters' teenage mood swings with calm. I'm hopeful any lasting brain changes will stick and plan to reassess after a few cycles. Counseling used to seem pointless since I figured I already had things handled. Now that some stability is here I might look into talking through old stuff.

It's surprising how well this works! Just a little peptide changed everything for me. That idea of functional high anxiety fits me perfectly, I guess I'm the model example. Not sure what happens with extended adjustments, but we'll see. Work often brings pressure and needs fast choices. A small amount during daytime pairs well with the companion one and makes a big difference. Using it ahead of bedtime relaxes my whole body completely. Shots beneath the skin didn't produce strong results earlier, yet preparing nose sprays changed everything dramatically.

My issues started with anxiety which led to heart problems and then medications caused me to gain thirty pounds over five years. After five months using this GLP1 thing I've lost forty four pounds and barely lost any muscle. The NAD and that other one assisted with preserving lean mass. I've had enough of the under skin shots at this point. The version you spray in your nose seems to be doing the job for me possibly just from believing it works so I'm sticking with it. From what I've seen online the nasal method looks like the way to go.

It also took me longer than expected to get diagnosed, purely because I finished nursing school.

LevelTimber10archiveJan 13

Thoughts about using Selank to ease anxiety had already crossed my mind and your strong pitch has won me over completely.

CopperSignal68archiveJan 13
↳ replying to @PlainCompass54

Yeah this whole thing is showing me that I probably went and complicated the process way more than necessary! Still the usual approach with those common prescriptions just doesn't draw me in at all.

The semax package should show up on Friday. I bought some bottles meant for nasal sprays so I can begin right away. Feeling a bit nervous about possible effects inside the nose since allergies hit me all the time and my nose gets dry with random bleeds now and then. I'll rely on saline rinses often and trust that plus claritin will hold off any further reactions. Of course I'm also uneasy about my overall reaction!

I'm wondering about sourcing those mist containers. Could see myself wanting details on handling my personal tensions.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 13
↳ replying to @NorthMeadow96

For nasal Semax I depend on these particular supplies and they suit me really well. The identical set works when I handle Selank the same way. Spray containers for the nose, an opener for small glass vials, sterilized salt water, and an online tool to calculate doses.

CopperSignal68archiveJan 14
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Everything else stays identical aside from the saline solution. I picked a package with one hundred five milliliter pods instead. This approach simplifies blending while cutting the risk of contamination that comes from going back to one bottle over and over.

NorthMarble60archiveJan 14

Anyone experimented with nasal use versus subq shots and noticed any variation in results?

CopperAlder51archiveJan 14
↳ replying to @CopperSignal68

Did you opt for BAC instead? Then maybe you're among those who avoid sinus irritation altogether. I could try mixing a single milliliter into saline solution for checking purposes, yet my preparations showed neither haze nor suspended bits throughout thirty days of application. Prior to each time I employ them, I inspect using intense illumination.

PlainWillow50archiveJan 14

Yesterday I received the Selank along with the Semax. Tomorrow I will prepare the nasal sprays. Earlier today I sterilized the bottles. I also received the five milliliter sterile plastic ampules instead of the bigger water. I appreciate you sharing your experiences.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 14

Okay, that makes sense. I appreciate you sharing. BAC isn't suggested, but a few RSs choose to anyway. That's surprising.

Personally the nasal method works out better. It's also a lot simpler when taking it along to the job and things like that.

AmberMarble84archiveJan 14

I skip any special gadget for the container. I blend the contents right inside it and draw them out afterward, just like handling the inserts for pens.

CopperSignal68archiveJan 14
↳ replying to @WarmAlder42

During my awful pollen troubles back then I tried rinsing my nose right before sleeping and again right after waking. That really made things better for me. I kept the gadget around and have begun doing the rinse ahead of my morning and night meds.

CopperSignal68archiveJan 14
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Sorry about any mix-up there. Those sterile saline pods. I picked up a pack with one hundred 5ml ones. Far simpler than pulling liquid from a big container and stressing over repeated use from that same container.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 14
↳ replying to @CopperSignal68

Yeah, that makes sense to me. I always keep a supply around for my breathing machine sessions. Mine once lasted almost a full year, except it was breathed in through the lungs instead of going into the nostrils.

GreenCinder32archiveJan 16

Planning to experiment with those peptides soon because I tend to overanalyze everything and my ability to recall recent events is poor. Back in my twenties I used a lot of substances like booze, molly, weed and pills to deal with issues from my early years. A few years back I experienced intense anxiety episodes for nearly twenty-four months that made me think I was having cardiac issues constantly, though medical checks showed nothing wrong. I wonder if these help fix damaged connections in the mind and if any improvements continue once I quit using them.

PlainWillow50archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @GreenCinder32

Hope things turn out okay for you. Bummer about the rough times growing up. Nice that you survived and reached this point. Started with an initial serving of it earlier today. Got a bit of an uplift and ease but the day was total chaos so timing was poor. Planning to test out the pair once more tomorrow.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 16

I've read that they can lead to prolonged after-effects. It's unfortunate to learn about your struggles. My own history includes early life difficulties. One substance and its nasal form caught my attention. The nasal version targets post-traumatic stress and generalized anxiety, acting as a stronger alternative. I began by trying the base version to observe its results on me.

IronThistle42archiveJan 16

Previously, I administered that compound under the skin several months back without noticing any changes at all. This night I prepared my initial nose spray version and applied two doses per side, after which I immediately sensed an onset. I can't describe precisely which sensation arrived, yet there was a clear shift in my mindset. Consequently, sleep eludes me now. Tomorrow I'll monitor the effects more closely and switch to using it during the later part of the day rather than close to bedtime.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 16

Diving straight into the potent edition right away? That takes some nerve. I have pondered doing the same.

IronThistle42archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

That experience felt unusual. Perhaps just a single pump each time rather than twice since doubt lingers about the accuracy of my measurements. I employed a computation device for approximation during the transfer of the peptide liquid along with the salt solution into different vessels, where the analysis certificate listed thirteen point five, leading me to apply my standard two milliliters aiming for ten, blah blah. Everything done under the banner of scientific inquiry. πŸ™‚

CopperAlder51archiveJan 16

I came across something indicating the usual first quantity for regular nasal use of Selank adds up to 300 mcg altogether before increasing toward 600-900 mcg according to how it feels. Good that a solid effect appeared anyway no matter the timing.

GreenCinder32archiveJan 16

Appreciate all the supportive comments. Might this substance ease worries in group settings too? Previously I relied on drinks to loosen up socially and it surprisingly did the trick, though now I see that avoiding direct confrontation with my concerns warped my perspective entirely. It's been six months since I quit drinking and forming bonds at social events or work sessions remains challenging. I'm starting a plumbing master's program this year mainly because I've been out of academics for eleven years or so.

WarmHarbour12archiveJan 16

A bottle of Selank had been sitting in my refrigerator for quite some time. Following a particularly tense day I decided to test it out. Around nine that evening I used five hundred micrograms. Nothing felt different during the night yet when I got up the next morning it occurred to me that this marked my first full stretch of rest in roughly a year. I usually stir awake several times while sleeping probably due to a spike in stress hormones which tends to happen when you work for yourself.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @GreenCinder32

Managing unease around others counts among its top effects for me. I've struggled with booze over many years and this compound let me quit for good. Weight loss was my starting point yet even a tiny dose erased every craving for liquor. At get togethers I simply order a carbonated beverage or sparkling water with fruit and nobody minds. Seeing somebody else have a drink now seems as dull as staring at a fresh coat on the wall. I'll likely stay on it indefinitely just for that effect. Solid effort reaching half a year without alcohol. Handle it gradually day by day. Those two peptides list multiple claimed upsides. I check a regularly refreshed online reference often since it receives frequent updates and lists current methods.

IronThistle42archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Same thing happened with me. When I began tirz early in June of last year I already had a full year sober and was managing okay, yet there were still occasional cravings and I had smoked for years too. On July 28 I must have flipped a switch because every urge disappeared and I quit smoking cold turkey with zero trouble. I will stay on the T just for that. It is strange and I am thankful.

CopperSignal68archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @GreenCinder32

From what I read while preparing, yes. There is quite a bit of evidence from Russian and eastern European studies plus real world use by patients that Selank produces lasting changes. I have noticed the difference strongly myself. The quick effect is to settle the overactive stress signals by boosting GABA activity and adjusting the HPA axis so the fight or flight response does not stay so intense or long. That first overreaction just quiets down. Studies show an overall calming result where worries turn into background thoughts instead of urgent tasks. It is like the comedian Taylor Tomlinson described in a recent special, where feelings show up but you can tell them not right now and it works. No sedation or loss of motivation at all. I can focus

I have looked into NA and Adalank but everything I found treats them as theoretical with no real studies behind them. Selank itself is inexpensive and easy to find and has solid research from outside the US with clear results. I do not personally see the point of the extra expense and hassle for uncertain gain. Have you come across any solid data on those versions? If you have, share it. If there is something more there I would rethink the tradeoffs.

PlainCompass54archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @GreenCinder32

Social anxiety affects me as well. Before heading to a gathering I administer five hundred micrograms of Selank together with an equal dose of Semax through injection and afterward swallow four hundred milligrams of L-theanine. These substances deliver their strongest results for me when taken only when necessary instead of every day. Incidentally L-theanine also reduces the jittery sensation that coffee sometimes produces.

PlainCompass54archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @PlainCompass54

One more thing, some people feel sleepy from L-theanine. It does not hit me that way but if you have never tried it start with 200 mg on a quiet day.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @CopperSignal68

No, only stories from others and my own interest in peptides I will admit. If regular Selank works well then a stronger version should be even better. Most people who have tried the NA forms report stronger effects. I do think anyone with GAD or PTSD should look into it. For cost and ease it may not matter to someone without those problems. I have NA Semax coming and will share how it goes on my next round.

CopperSignal68archiveJan 16
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Please do, I would like to hear how it turns out. I picked up a couple vials to test and plan to get full kits later. That would be when I consider switching.

Yeah it is not that I cannot talk to people but with new ones I often get nervous and wonder what they think of me or what I should say next or if something I said sounded odd. If someone teases me I do not know how to respond whereas before I would just laugh and joke back. I think the substances helped at first then gradually made things worse. Thanks anyway.

GreyKettle56archiveJan 16

ADHD diagnosis at 47 if I recall. If you have not looked into the estrogen and serotonin link it is worth checking. When estrogen falls serotonin drops and that hurts focus and planning. Women who mostly coped before often hit menopause and everything unravels. I fought through my engineering degree and now see part of the reason. My current field has more neurodiverse people and it has been a positive change. The anxiety depression serotonin connection fits in too. I am convinced we are just chemical soup and everything links together. Still have not ordered since my pens but Selank stays on my short list.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 17

I searched and it looks like NA Semax has clinical studies and is approved in Russia so it is roughly equal to the regular version. There is an article with a couple of published research links. Just skip the sales parts since it seems to be from a US seller.
